Moon woke up from her nightmare. It was still dark outside. Breathing heavily, she stumbled through the halls. 'What's happening to me? What's going on?' Moon thought to herself. Suddenly, she tripped and fell. Her Moon Stone charm broke off her necklace. As she picked herself and it back up, her charm began to glow. Suddenly, she remembered everything.
A few hours later...
"Good morning, Moon," Ash sleepily said as he walked into the kitchen.
"Good morning, you two," Professor Kukui greeted as the three sat down at the table. Moon had made breakfast that morning. They began to eat.
"Necrozma..." Moon mumbled to herself.
"What?" Ash asked her.
"Necrozma," Moon repeated, "it's a Pokémon that could ruin this world. If I can't find it then..." Moon trailed off.
"Then what?" Ash asked again. Moon gulped.
"Then this world..."
"...might come..."
"...to an end." As Moon finished her sentence, a strong breeze blew, even though none of the windows were open.
"Do you... remember... what happened before you met us?" Ash asked her confused. Ash came to the conclusion that if she knew about whatever Pokémon she and Gladion were chasing in the Ultra Wormhole, then maybe she might know what happened to her.
"Yes..." she replied, "...but I don't want to talk about it."
"How do you know you can stop it?" Moon took a deep breath.
"Because I'm not like the girls you've met before."
"Why?"
"Because... I have... special powers... and I'm from another dimension." Ash gasped in amazement. Kukui just looked back and forth between them. Ash realized that the shadow was actually Moon. Maybe that was her form in her dimension... in her Alola.
