Saturday, tonight I'm going to hang out with Steven. I don't know where we're going but he said there's no way I would hate it.

A week passed since I agreed to be friends with him and he hasn't been to the café since then, although we do text and talk on the phone every night before I fall asleep.

It's closing time here at the café and Takkie said she'd lock up so I headed straight to my apartment to get ready- he said he'd pick me up at 8:30 and it's now 7:35 so I have enough time to shower before he gets here.

After the short shower I decide to put on a pair of blue loose fitting jeans with a white long-sleeved shirt that was a less loose than my other shirts, after that I sprayed on my apple scented body spray and put on my white converse.

Just as I get up to get some water my phone starts ringing. Walking towards it, I pick it up and see that it's Steven Calling.

"Hey"

"I'm here"

"Alright, I'm on my way down"

I hang up and quickly grab my keys and wallet before heading down to meet him at the entrance.

When I get out the building I see a silver BMW parking across the street and Steven climbs out if the driver's seat.

I walk over to him and he opens the passenger door for me before going to his side and getting in. Huh, I don't think friends open each other's doors. I'm just gonna have to tell him to stop it.

"His was your day?" He asks without looking my way since he was driving.

"It was okay, the café was packed today." I say in a low voice and a strong silence infects the car, "How was your day?" I ask him, the silence was too awkward for me.

"My day was busy and boring, but it looks like it's going to have an amazing ending" he says with a smile. Is he flirting with me.

"Are you flirting with me?" I ask him, "friends don't flirt do they?"

He sighs, "No, they don't flirt. We're here" he says and gets out the car without another word. I get out and stop abruptly, wondering why he brought me here. I turn towards him to ask, "it's a surprise, so no questions" he says before I ask.

But why would he bring me to such a weird place? It's an abandoned looking warehouse thats painted black with a average door smack in the middle.

Oh no, it's happening again. He brought me here to torture me just like Dwayne did. But at least with Dwayne the lake was public, this place is deserted- people wouldn't even hear me if I yelled for help.

I hadn't noticed that I was hyperventilating at this point. I couldn't breath and when I looked up at Steven my vision became blurry but I could see him walking towards me.

I moved back, No, get away from me. Somebody help me please. I was now backed up to the car with my hands clutching at my chest, I need air, I can't breathe.

I was fighting for my lungs to get in some air when I felt it, he touched me. A bloodcurdling scream erupted from my mouth, it was so unnatural that it had Steven jumping back as if he had touched fire, I start to feel woozy and then everything goes black.

Opening my eyes, I am blinded by the whiteness of the environment I'm in- I must be dead, Steven has murdered me and probably chopped my body into a thousand tiny pieces and fed me to frogs at a lake. OMG why didn't he just feed me to Tigers?!

I feel tears run down my face at the disdain of being frog food. Well at least one good thing came out of this, I'm dead, which means no more nightmares and no more anxiety. A smile graces my face at the thought of not waking up night after night from an invisible torture.
