In school the next day, Corinna saw Billy in the hallways and smiled giganticly. On her way out of seventh period, she was grabbed from behind. When she turned around she was eye-to-eye with Billy. "Do you want a ride home?"
"Sure, i'd love that"
When they were waiting for Max, Billy said "Where the fuck is she? She's fucking 10 minutes late" Corinna could see the anger growing in his eyes.
"I'm sure she's just talking to some friends. She'll be here soon"
"You're right. If she's not here in one minute that little shit is walking home."
Right when Corinna was going to call out Billy, Max got there. When we were in the car Billy said practically screaming"You're fucking 10 minutes late. What did we fucking talk about?"
Max just stared at him blankly with no response. "What the fuck did we talk about!!?"
"Billy! Calm your ass down. Who gives a shit she was fucking 10 minutes late. Let the girl fucking live." said Corinna furious at Billy. Max gave her a small smile.
"What the fuck did you just say?"
"I SAID CALM YOUR FUCKING ASS DOWN" yelled Corinna. The rest of the car ride was quiet until her house."Thanks for the ride"mumbled Corinna.
"Bye Max!" - then Corinna got out of the car.
Corinna thought about why Billy had been so mean to Max, but couldn't think of a valid reason. All she did was stay talking with her friends.
...The next day...
After school, Billy met Corinna at her locker once again. He asked her if she wanted a ride and he promised no yelling this time. She obliged yet again. Today, Max had been on time. When they passed by an ice cream store, Corinna said "Oh my god. Billy stop here, let's get some ice cream" Billy looked a little annoyed but stopped anyways .All of them sat down and talked. Max and Corinna talked about Corinna's brother Will. "Will told me your amazing at skateboarding. You should teach me sometime. Also, I wanna know how to play that arcade game" Billy just looked at Corinna and Max talking, thinking about God-knows what. Billy told Corinna "Hey you have some ice cream on your lip" and then he kissed her. Corinna wanted to keep kissing, but felt bad because Max was just there sitting uncomfortably. "Billy, stop" Corinna said playfully in-between kisses. He drove her home and Corinna was as happy as can be.
