"I'm falling. I'm finally falling."

"I can't move." 

And that's when I knew.

The moment I felt something

so wrong. 

But I ignored it. 

"Come back little one, we need you here." 

And that's when I knew. 

But I ignored it. 

The thoughts spiralled 

Through my mind 

as I ran. 

I lost my breath 

and stopped. 

Tears stung my eyes. 

I knew. 

I knew the moment she tried to leave. 

I knew how she felt. 

I understand the pain. 

I remember the feeling

of the way too many pills fled down your throat. 

Too many. 

And that's when I knew. 

She was gone. 

And She's Okay.
