As Jack walked into the Quarters and closed the door locking it he then walked too the center looking for her before his eyes landed on the bed there he saw her shape hiding beneath the sheets he removed his boot and placing his affects too the side before lifting the sheet and crawling into the bed placing his arms around her. "Jack, I have fear for you" Marina whispered as her hands went over his own.

"I do many dangerous things love. I warned you of this" his voice spoke into her ear.

"Jack, I didn't tell you but I had a nightmare. In it a beast with tentacles and sharp teeth it came beneath us taking the Pearl and..." she let out a sharp breath she turned tears in her eyes, "then it took you all I could hear was you screaming my name as I tried too do yours" Jacks eyes widened at her words; his hand was placed her cheek as he wiped away a tear.

"Never" he whispered she smiled gently.

"Jack, I can't forgive her for appearing in my life after she left me in the first place" she spoke he pressed his forehead too hers.

"Yes love, but it is most important that we speak with her" he said she looked at him trying to tell is what he was saying was true; she felt the fear off of Jack if anyone could call it out it would be her.

"Okay" she whispered she leaned forward and gave him a kiss on the lips.

Two boats travel upriver into an overgrown gloomy swamp Marina sits quietly as they grow closer too there destination. "Why is Jack afraid of the open ocean?" Will whispered Marina listened closely.

"Well, if you believe such things, there's a beast does the bidding of Davy Jones. A fearsome creature with giant tentacles that suction your face clean off and drag an entire ship down to the crushing darkness. The Kraken. They say the stench of its breath is... ooh" Gibbs responded shuttering just as the mere thought, "Imagine, the last thing you know on God's green earth is the roar of the Kraken and the reeking odor of a thousand rotting corpses" his words sunk into Marina's mind her thoughts running back to her nightmare.

"If you believe such things" Gibbs spoke up finally.

"And the key Will spare him that?" Will asked Marina finally turned. "That's what we should hope is the case" Will's head snapped too look at her as he saw the worry on her face as she looked down and placed her left hand on her neck that's when he noticed the small gold ring with a small blue heart shaped jewel resting on her third finger.

"That is a lovely ring Marina where did you get it?" Will asked.

"I- " she went to speak but Jack stepped in no fear in his next words. "I had it made special she gave me her heart I gave her something in return" Will and her both looked at him; Will took his words knowing that Jack was hiding something.

They were then ported at a small hut in the murky river. "No worries, mates. Tia Dalma and I go way back. Thick as thieves. Nigh inseparable we are. Were. Have been. Before" Jack spoke Marina looked at him squinting her eyes to which he gulped slightly before taking her hand.

"I'll watch your back" Gibbs spoke up.

"It's me front I'm worried about" Jack whispered Marina squeezed his hand tight. "Not funny Jack that's history now" she whispered he nodded with a pained face knowing some part of her wrath around other women.
