There are some good things about being the twin sister of the school's most popular guy. Such as you're invited to the best parties, the sensible people know that you're off limits, and you are never picked on.

There are bad things though, such as you're constantly surrounded by people, they know all your business, are asked out my jerks who want to increase their popularity, everyone constantly always stares at you and you have to hang out with the annoying popular girls and sluts who flirt and throw themselves at my brother and his friends.

"Hurry up Jesse!" Lucas yells up the stairs.

"Okay okay, I'm coming!" I yell back. We are going to a barbecue with a huge group of people by a cliff edge because they guys think it will be cool to jump off. Not my problem when they wind up dead at the bottom.

Yanking a pair of short denim shorts and a grey vest top over my turquoise bikini, I then slip into flip flops and walk down the stairs, my sunglasses and straw hat in hand and my bag in the other.

"Finally!" Lucas exclaims.

"God, take a chill pill bro." I sigh.

"We have to pick up Callan." I groan at the mentioning of my brother's most annoying friend. "Shut up Jesse, let's go." Lucas all but yanks me out of the house.

I climb into the passenger seat smirking, knowing it annoys Callan. Lucas shakes his head at me. I put on my seat belt then place my hat on my head and my sunglasses over my eyes.

"So, who exactly is coming?" I ask and Lucas starts driving.

"The cheerleaders, Callan obviously, Raiden and Ryder." He replies.

"Oh God please please not Kitty and Missy." I groan. They are twins and seriously annoying. One is bad enough; why is there two of them?

Lucas merely smirks at me. "They're good in bed."

I cover my ears. "EEEEWWWW!!!!! I did not want, or need, to know that!"

"I know. Your reaction is always hilarious." I punch him in the arm. He winces.

"Thank God Raiden is going to be there." I sigh. I get along best with Raiden. We bonded the moment we met; the moment I had asked whether he had a boyfriend or not and he looked like he shitted his pants. We've been inseparable since.

"You have a crush on him?" Lucas asks for the millionth time.

"No! I told you he's my best friend like, a billion times!" I say. It's not my place to tell anyone he's gay.

"Sure sure." I roll my eyes at his sarcastic voice.

When we arrive at Callan's house, we hear screaming from inside. We arrived at the right time. This sounds mean but the arguments he and his family have are the highlights of my day.

"Oh for God's sake, shut the fuck up mother!" Callan roars.

"I will not be going through your room and seeing girls' lingerie in your bedroom!" Sally, his mother, yells back. I snicker and Lucas glares at me. Well, I can't see through his sunglasses but I know he is.

"I'm going out now, bye!" Callan yanks the front door open and stomps down the driveway towards us.

"Hello Jesse!" Sally calls.

I grin and wave back. "Hey Sally!"

Callan opens the back door and climbs into the seat behind me. "Drive."

Lucas silently does, me still waving at Sally as he drives away. Immediately, I turn around and grin obnoxiously at Callan. "Heeeeeey Caaaaallaaaaan!" I sing.
