When we arrive at the club it's already in full swing. "Let's drink then dance?" I suggest, shouting over the music.

Raiden nods in agreement. We head towards the bar. "Two gin and tonics."

"Coming right up." The bartender winks at me. Raiden elbows me roughly in the ribs. I smile flirtatiously at him. "On the house."

I giggle. "Thanks sooo much."

"Anytime babe." The bartender flirts.

Giggling, Raiden and I down the shots. "Let's dance!" I squeal.

"Come back soon." The bartender hands me a napkin.

Turning it over, I see his name and number. Mentally rolling my eyes, I force another giggle. "Thanks Mick."

I turn and head to the dance floor, Raiden on my heels. "Wow, that guy was desperate." He laughs.

I roll my eyes. "Tell me about it." I press my back into Raiden's chest and swing my hips in time to the music. Raiden follows my lead, placing his hands on my hips.

Glancing around, me eyes zero in on a guy. He looks familiar. As if sensing my eyes on him, he turns around with a flirtatious smile. Maddox.

His eyes widen, not in surprise, when he realises it's me. He winks at me, getting out his phone and typing something.

"Uh, Houston, we have a problem." I turn to face Raiden.

"What?" He raises an eyebrow.

Wordlessly, I point to Maddox. Seeing his confused look, I realise I didn't tell him about what happened this morning. I get my phone out of his pocket and type in a memo the rundown of what happened this morning.

I hand it to Raiden, who frowns as he reads it. He types something down, handing the phone back to me.

You think it isn't a coincidence that he's here?

No, not at all. Something weird is going on, and we'll probably find out soon. I type and hand the phone back to him.

You say he's related to Callan. So why does he have an interest in you?

I don't know. He's planned something though. He didn't look surprised at all to see me.

Maybe we should get out of here. Raiden looks wary.

Or try to figure out what his plan is.

No, that's a stupid idea. I'll text Callan and Lucas.

"No." I place a hand on his arm, shaking my head at him.

He frowns at me. "Why not?"

I nod at Maddox. We'll talk to him and steal his phone. See what it says.

Grudgingly, Raiden nods in agreement. I delete the memo and lock my phone, putting it back in Raiden's pocket.

We walk over to Maddox. He sees us and puts his phone away. "Jesse, can I help you?"

"Let's dance." I smile, grabbing Maddox's hand and going back to the dance floor.

I wrap my arms around his neck, and he wraps his arms around my waist. "What do I owe this pleasure?" Maddox raises an eyebrow at me.

I shrug. "I thought I'd get to know my boyfriend's cousin."

"Oh really? And here I thought it was my good looks and charm."

"Oh yeah, and that, of course." I smirk.

He laughs, and I slowly slide my hands down his chest. Raiden appears behind me and "accidentally" bumps into Maddox.
