A few days later, 8 am,On a Monday. I rolled over in my bed, in my new room, and slammed my hand on my phone that was vibrating to loud for my 'not awake yet' ears.
I just realize that's how I wake up in the morning. I roll over on the opposite side am on and slam my hand on my phone to turn off a stupid alarm.

Weird.

I have been doing that for years and I just noticed.

Am so stupid.

I rolled my eyes at my morning thoughts and rolled over to the opposite side so in three minutes I can have the same conversation with myself again. The fourth time around, out of nowhere my dad walks in and yells as load as he could.

"Wake up already. Do you know what alarms are for? For wake up."

I have only been up for a couple minutes and I am already rolling my eyes to the back of my head.

I hit the snooze button and went to sleep. 5 minutes later the Alarm went off and as soon as I knew it my dad was in my room smacking two huge pans, like the size of my head big, together and singing over and over.

" I didn't get no sleep cause of y'all and your not going to get no sleep cause of me."

I look at my dad with disappointment and shock in my eyes. I am surprised that he even knows that song.

I reach over and clutch on to the pillow next to me and throw it at him. He catch's it like a football. I was honestly a little impressed. I guess those days playing football and basketball actually paid off.

I sat up in my bed and grab my phone. I pressed the on/off button on the left side and the screen lit up and Snapchat notifications mostly filled the screen. I pressed on the home button and the phone opened up I swiped the apps back and forth. I had three messages from three different people. I opened the one from Cade first.

The blood we found. It all belong to a cow.

At the moment I took a really deep breath. Why would someone just have a puddle of cow blood chilling on their counter? I don't know but people are weird.

Next I opened the one I got from Jack.

Hey what have y'all been up to these days

My face went from the snowy tops of the Nevada mountains to the hot humid summer weather of Texas. My cheeks were bright red. It was weird. When ever me and Jack text each other it was because of life and how horrible it was. But not this time. This time was better.

Nothing important how about u

And the last one was from the apple company saying that I needed to pay my bill but I just held down the text with my index finger and swiped it to the left deleting it.

I shut my phone off and threw it on to the other side of my bed before pulling my blanket off me and flipping it to the other side. I dangled my legs over the side of my bed. I planted my hands into the mattress and pushed myself up onto my feet.

I walked over to my standing mirror across from my bed and took a long look at myself in my sweats that where bagger then most of the guys pants at my school, my shirt that didn't match my sweats, I don't what I was thinking last night. My hair was crazy but I had a better main then a lion did. I have no idea why. It was one of those kind of days I guess. One of those day were I do stuff that I can't understand or explain to someone else besides myself.

I heard a slight buzz from under the blanket and I jumped two or three into the air. I run my fingers through my hair making an effort to try and tame it but in my opinion it made it worse but it is what it is I guess.

I spun on my heel 180 degrees until I was facing my bed. As soon as I was flat footed I walked to the side of my bed lifted the blanket and flopped it over the other side where the mattresses exposed and grab my phone.  I lift it to my face and the screen lit up without warning. Jack texted me

I really doubt that it was so important that u didn't tell me about it

I smiled at the text and rolled my eyes at the same time. I picked up my thumbs and reply to his text with a smile still plastered on my face.

Yea it was that important so what have u been doing without me?

I throw my phone again on my bed. I Move from the one side to the other. I reached for the top right corner of the blanket and stretched it over the mattress over the pillow. Then I made my way to the bottom right corner stretching the blanket over the corner as well be i watched the top right corner of the blanket as I pulled the bottom so it wouldn't move and if it did I could fix it quickly.

My phone buzzed once again. I jumped until the right side of the bed landing on my butt and pick up my phone prepared to reply to jacks text.

Nothing much helping my mom around the house.

I shook my head

That sounds like so much fun

Jack shoots back another text

If I sounds like so much fun to u then why don't u come over and do it

I smirk at the comment.

Yea no thanks I don't do cleaning have u seen my room but if u want my to come over that am warning you I don't clean

I am such a dork
