She was my Best friend since elementary school. She is my most closes friend from then all. I dont know how to describe it. But....I think I have a crush on her. Even thou we have been friends for so long, I finally realized I have feelings for her. I love her. Her smile, her laugh, her cheerfulness. Its so special. I get angry at guys who hurt her and try to flirt with her. I guess after realizing I get jealous of guys near her my friends tell me. I like her. From my friend, to my Best friend, to my closes friend, and now this crush.
Today I decided to tell her how I feel. I couldnt wait anymore and let her heart get stolen. I walk up to her and smile.
"Hey Sarah? I would like to talk to you if That's fine."
"Sure Jake! I also have something to ask you."
"Oh..ok"
We both walk outside and sits on a blench. I get nervous but I could get out the words.
"W-what do you need to ask?"
I look at her. She was blushing and she inhaled and exhaled. I got a little excited and nervous for what she is going to say, hoping it might be the same thing I want to tell her.
"Jake...I need your advice."
"Whats up?"
"I......like Cody"
My heart sank. It drowned in the water of sorrow. I was so heartbroken hearing that.
"I....dont know how to make him notice me. Have any advice?"
I force a smile and look at her.
"Just be straightforward. Go tell him. If he rejects you than he isnt the right guy for you."
She jumps up and smiled. Seeing her smile made me feel a little better but my heart sank.
"Thanks so much Jake! I'll tell him later today! Also what did you need to tell me?"
I looked at her straight into the eyes. I couldn't just stay silent for long.
"Oh its nothing. Lets go to class now. Okay?"
"Yea!"
She walks to class leaving me. I couldn't tell her. My courage already left me. Seeing her happy is my treasure. If I had to choose between love or her happiness I would choose her happiness.
