I'll Never Let Them Hurt You, I Promise [A Frerard]

Chapter 4

Ray stood at the front door, car keys in his hands. He was going to go pick up food with Mikey.

"Frank are you coming?" Ray asked, grabbing the doorknob. Frank glanced at Gerard out of the corner of his eye and shook his head. Mikey and Ray both shrugged, opened the door, and left. 

"Are you going to tell them?" Frank asked, turning to Gerard. They walked into Gerard's room and sat down on the bed.

"About what?" Gerard replied, smirking.

Frank shrugged. "Obviously whatever the hell happened last night."

"Two things happened last night." Gerard put his arm around Frank's shoulder and they both smiled.

"Wouldn't be more important to tell them about what changes you went through?"

"They would lock me up in a mental institution," Gerard said, and then laughed.

"Hell if I know. You're the one that changed and you went all emotional on me last night and held me."

"You're the one that said yes." 

Frank sighed. "It's up to you I guess."

"They'll never believe me if I tell them I'm a vampire. If I am one. I don't know, okay? That's why I asked you."

Frank looked at the floor. "Would they believe you if you told them we were...dating?" Frank asked. He kind of regretted saying it after that. Were they really dating? 

Frank didn't know, all he knew is that he had feelings for Gerard.

Ray came back with a pizza box in his hand, Mikey walking behind him. Frank ran into the living room.

"Gerard said he wasn't hungry," He said.  Ray sat down on the floor and flipped open the box of pizza.

"Why were you in Gerard's room?" Mikey asked sucpicously.

"We were discussing the new song," Frank lied, sitting on the floor across from Mikey and next to Ray.

"That song...I really don't know. It's really weird," Mikey mumbled.

"Out of all things why does it have to be about vampires?" Ray commented. He got up and walked to the kitchen and returned a few seconds later, carrying plastic plates. He walked back down to his spot on the floor and sat down, handing everyone a plate.

"Gerard probably had a reason to make it about vampires," Frank replied quietly, trying not to give too much away.

Mikey grabbed a piece of pizza and took a bite out of it. "Why would he just randomly write about vampires though? I know he's always been interested in them, but.."

"Maybe he thinks he is one," Ray joked.
