Just the Tip of the Iceberg

*Ben's p.o.v*
I'm getting worried about Mal. She was acting strange last night after those girls came over and started nagging us. Maybe she was just jealous. If that was the case, I'll just come over to her dorm when all my paperwork is done.
*Mal's p.o.v*
I woke up and noticed that Evie was already up and fixing her makeup.

"Morning M" she cheerfully greeted me. I greeted her back with what probably sounded like a growl mixed with a groan.

"Somebody came home late last night" she said. "Well whatever. It's a new day which means you have to get up and dress up."

"But Evie it's just 9 am" I complained. "Well too bad. Here put this on. I made it last week".
She showed me the outfit that I was supposed to wear.

"E do I have to wear a dress?" I seem to be complaining a lot this morning.
"Yes M. Now go put it on or I'm going to make you wear a full on puffy dress for the day" she half warned me.
That was more than enough to get me out of bed and into the bathroom to put on the dress.
"See you look great in it. I told you" "Whatever you say E" "Now I have to go. I agreed to meet Doug in the public library and I don't want to be late, see you later" she said before popping out the door.
"Well I guess I'm spending the day alone" I thought to myself...

I was strolling through one of Auradon's beautiful parks enjoying the weather when two very familiar girls came up to me along with their three other friends.
"Well if it isn't "Lady Mal"" one of the girls mocked me. "What a pleasure to run into you."
"Chelsea! When you told me that we were going to go bug someone I didn't think it would be the possible future queen of Auradon!" One of the girls shockingly complained.
"Future queen. Pshh. As if Ben would make you queen. You really believe that he loves you huh?" Chelsea told me. "Well listen and listen very closely. He does not love you. Nor will he ever. Look at you. Trying too hard to be one of us princesses with that silly dress of yours...What a shame it would be if someone were to oh I don't know, ruin it perhaps?" Right as she said that she "accidentally" spilt her ICE COLD water all over me. "Whoopsies. Sorry I've been trying to work on my clumsiness." Evie was so going to kill me for this dress but at this point all I cared about was putting this girl in her place. "You really think water is going to scare me" I slowly say. "Well surprise, surprise IT'S NOT. Did you and your little pathetic excuse of friends really think that a little bit of water was going to scare me? I came from the isle b*tch" I threatened to her. "Did you also forget who I'm in a relationship with?" "So you're going to use the king as a silly little excuse to tell on us? From what I've heard, King Ben wouldn't suspect a thing from us. He believes in the good of people. Shouldn't you know that by now?"

As much as I didn't want to admit it, they were right. Ben wouldn't suspect a thing.

Just as I was about to say something, Chelsea's phone started ringing. "Oops. Guess we should go now ladies. We don't have time to talk to pathetic little excuses like her" she said, emphasizing the her part.
I just roll my eyes. If this is what they call bullying, they're going to have to try a lot harder than that to get to me.

Little did she know that those girls were going to be the death of her....
