"Is that my case file?" Jungkook inquired whilst taking a peek at the folder I had in my bag.

"Umm." I timidly replied, yes it was his case file but wouldn't that be weird; to have the file before he even asked for help? "Yes?" I finally replied.

"Oh, then you know the whole story then, it will save me from explaining." He chuckled, I bit my lip nervously and nodded my head 'no'.

"Not quite, I have a feeling the story documented in this file is different from the one you are going to tell me." I spoke, recalling the images found in the file. It didn't make sense to me, how could the body receive such a hard beating to the neck specifically and the leg, there was no way a train could just bruise the neck, it would break it. Not to mention how nicely the body was placed into the railway tracks, too nicely.

"What do you mean?" He frowned with confusion. He sat on the floor, leaning his head into the wall behind him and I patted the seat to me but he refused. Nodding his head no. "I can't." Then I remembered he was a ghost, his body doesn't exist, just air.

"For starters, I don't think you committed suicide." I closed my eyes, rubbing my temples soothingly.

"I didn't commit suicide, I was kidnapped and abused!" Jungkook exclaimed causing me to open my eyes and my fingers to stop rubbing my temples.

"You know how you died, so why do you need my help?" I realised, after hearing his statement.

"Have you seen any ghost movies, like scream?" He inquired.

I pause for a moment, scream? Wasn't that movie made in nineteen ninety something? I have seen the grudge but not that movie. "I've heard of it but isn't that movie old, I came out over ten years ago."

"What do you mean, it came out last year." He retorted with a puzzled expression. Last year? What year is he living in, nineteen ninety-seven? "Anyway, I didn't ask for you to find out how I died but instead, who did it." He began to explain. "Do you remember this morning, when I ran after you as you walked off the train but I could follow you, slamming into~."

"An invisible wall." I finished off his sentence for him.

"Exactly, I have been stuck on this train line for what seems like an eternity, spirits cannot move on to a new life force unless they know who killed them."  Everything makes sense now! "And unless I do, I will be stuck here for eternity."

"Now arriving at Guro Station."

"I only have one stop left." I mumbled to no one in particular.

"Do you take this train to work every day?" Jungkook inquired, overhearing me mumble.

"Yes."

"Okay, so Ms (l/n), do you accept my case?" He smiled hopefully.

"Gladly, I will see if I can get the case officially re-investigated tomorrow." I returned the soft smile he gave me. His eyes widen in happiness, I watched as a cute grin makes it's way to his face.

"Thank you so much (l/n)." He spoke with joy, a single tear of happiness slip down his cheek.

"It's okay, no need to the formalities, (y/n) is okay." His bright smile caused a happy grin make its ways to my face.

"You have no idea how thankful I am for your help." I chuckled at his childish action, admiring his relieved smile. 'Adorable.' I smiled softly.

"What?" He questioned, catching my gaze. You could never tell if a ghost could blush but Jungkook was after finding your soft gaze.

"I don't know, your smile is cute, makes me want to really help solve the case so you can smile like that all the time." I admitted, catching Jungkook off guard.

"Thank you." He repeated again, in a gentle tone.

"I haven't even begun to investigate and your say thank you, twice may I add." I laughed.

"I TOLD YOU, I am really grateful you want to help me, instead of running away."

"AND I TOLD YOU, you're welcome." I answered back.

"Now arriving at Anyang Station."

"See you tomorrow Jungkook." I waved before stepping foot outside of the train. Jungkook smiled, waving me off. I regained my composure once the train left. I just had a conversation with a ghost. I just agreed to help a ghost. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I chuckled, half-heartedly. (Y/n), you are just dreaming, I am going to wake up and it will all be a dream, go to work and have a normal day. WRONG, this files says otherwise. I looked down onto the case file and pull it out of my bag.  "We are going to find out once and for all who killed you Jeon Jungkook." I whispered determinedly.  I receive some odd glances from pedestrians but I shrug it off and make my way back to my apartment. "Home sweet home." I gasped, collapsing onto the kitchen bench. I take the file back out of my bag and grab myself the leftovers from last nights dinner and water before taking a seat back down. I open the file back up again and continue to read where I left off.
