Here you go folks! Aren't I lovely :') It's just gone 2am and I've updated because I love you all so much.
This chapter is incredibly long for me, so I do excuse any crappiness. Seriously.
But we get introduced to a new character with this chapter! c: So yeah :3
Have fun and enjoy it ♥
When I woke up, I realised I was still on the couch and I was curled up against Andy. I couldn't stop the blush rising to my cheeks as I simply rested against him and relaxed. His phone which was on the coffee table started vibrating and I flickered a glance at it. The caller I.D read Ashley.
I nudged Andy gently and he jolted awake, his face confused as he stared at me for a moment.
"You're phone is ringing." I mumbled and he glanced at it before smiling at me and picking it up.
"Hey Ash." He cleared his voice which was thick with sleep and I heard Ash's voice on the other end, but I couldn't make out his words. "Sure, it's not a problem. See you soon dude." Andy placed his phone on the coffee table once more and sat up properly. I simply kept my knees tucked against my chest, my arms wrapped around them.
"Kind of a stupid question, but how are you?" He turned his head towards me and I shrugged. I had shown him my most vulnerable side when I wasn't meant to.
"I don't know. I feel better yet worse." He grimaced slightly before he moved his arm to the side, indicating that I could hug him.
I didn't hesitate and I shifted my body and wrapped my arms around his waist and he brought his arms around me completely.
"Thank you. For not freaking out and just being there."
"Any time. You're family now." He grinned at me and I just hugged him tighter.
We stayed that for a few minutes before I pulled back and glanced at the time. It was almost 1pm.
"Want some food?" Andy asked quietly and I nodded. My stomach made a loud noise and we both looked at each other before laughing. "I'll take that as a definite yes then." He teased and ruffled my hair.
I swatted his hand away before pulling my hair back into a ponytail and following him into the kitchen.
He stood over the stove, cooking something in the pan, I didn't question what was being made, all I knew is that I was starving.
I opened the fridge to find it almost bare and sighed as I pulled out the orange juice and pouring myself a glass of the sweet drink.
"We need to get food into the fridge at one point Andy." He turned his head towards me and grinned.
"We can go this afternoon with Ash if you like?"
"Ash is coming over? I thought he was spending the day elsewhere..." I trailed off, feeling incredibly confused.
"He was, but he wanted something to do seeing as he's got nothing better to do right now."
"I can think of plenty of things he could." I muttered under my breath.
"What was that?"
"I said, what time is he getting here?"
"In about half an hour-ish. He needs to get ready first." He grinned as he slid the food off the pan and onto the plate.
To my delight, it was pancakes.
"So we'll expect him to be here in an hour then?" I teased and Andy simply laughed.
