Oh how a snow day might be really fun
Thinking about things you can do in the day
Most children want to go outside and run
While others think its to cold and "no way"
Some look outside and say, "that burns my eyes"
That the sun and the snow make it to bright
Look a bit closer a new thought might rise
You might be saying "what a beautiful sight"
Looking outside with hot cocoa in hand
Spending a perfect day with family
Saying "alright that's all for today's plan"
The day ending in such a remedy
Everyone is starting to lose their flight
All having to say goodnight to the light
