Feat. Need You Now by Lady Antebellum

I signed the contract and work on the interior designing. For three weeks, I am staying at the hotel during weekdays and would go home at weekends.

I finalized the designs and submitted them to Polly. She told me to wait for her call if the higher ups wanted to have some revisions or not. I am very glad that I really had this project but I can only get the remaining eighty per cent of the pay if the project is already finished.

While waiting for Polly’s call, I am currently having fun with Esahc since I barely am with him while I was working.

“Mama, let’s go somewhere.” Esahc said.

“Where would you like to go?”

I was surprised when the door bell rang. I looked through the peep hole to see who the visitor is.

“Mitty, why are you here?” I asked.

“Am I not allowed to visit my best friend? You are very busy from the past weeks so we hardly see each other. I just wanted to see you.”

I felt Esahc pulling the back of my shirt. I just remembered that Esahc wanted to go somewhere.

I turned to Esahc to ask him, “Is it okay if Tita Mitty will tag along with us.”

Esahc shyly nodded. He is still not used to other people so he would evade stares from others.

“So, where would you like to go.”

He whispered to my ear, “amusement park.”

“Mitty, let’s go to an amusement park.”

“Is it okay to bring my boyfriend?”

“Who is your boyfriend now?”

“I hate you for that,” she jokingly said. “You really don’t know something. William and I are still dating?”

I was surprised with what she said. “For real?”

“Yes. We broke up for a month before but ended up seeing each other again.”

“So, it’s already how many years, why didn’t you two get married?”

“He is still studying medicine. He said he likes to marry me if he is already a doctor.”

“Oh, I see. So when will he become a full pledge doctor?”

“I think a year or two.”

“You will be a grandma by then.”

“You’re cruel!”

Mitty and I laughed together. Esahc pulled my shirt again. It looks like he is getting bored.

Esahc got restless looking at all the rides around the amusement park. Sadly, some of the rides he wanted have a height requirement.

“It sucks to be small.” Esahc said sadly.

“Why don’t we ride that?” Mitty pointed at the bump cars. The ride allows children as long as they have a company.

Esahc became excited so he ran with Mitty. William and I didn’t line up for the ride.

“How was your life in France?” William asked me.

“It was hard at first. But I get used to it as time passed by.”

“Esahc… You named your child after him?”

“Yes,” I definitely can’t lie to him because my child’s name already tells him that.
