"Will someone please tell me what's going on?" Austin asked slightly raising his voice as he's demanding an answer from Sophie. Sophie took a deep breath and explained,

"Okay fine,I've been dating both of you at the same time."

"What?" Ethan and Austin asked in unsion.

"Why would you do that? That doesn't sound like you." Ethan stated.

"I know I just didn't want either of you to get hurt. Plus,I love you both so much I couldn't pick who to go out with." Sophie replied.

"We understand." Austin quotes.

"And I just-...wait,you what?" Sophie started.

"We understand." Austin repeated.

"Yeah,whoever you choose,we'll be okay with it." Ethan assured.

"Can we be just friends until I decide?" Sophie asked.

"Of course." Austin answered.

Sophie walked up the stairs and into her room leaving Ethan and Austin in the entrance hall alone when...

"You know she's gonna pick me,right?" Austin asked walking down the rest of the stairs.

"What makes you so sure?" Ethan confronted.

"We've been through a lot together and I've been the nicest to her." Austin responded.

"Well,I've known her longer and...we've kissed more." Ethan bragged.

"No we've kissed more." Austin argued.

"Oh really,that's not what she said. Also the moments of the kiss were memorable and romantic...more romantic than with you." Ethan argued back.

"You think you're so tough,do you? I guess one year ago when I saw her crying about what you said to her,I think the moments after that were more romantic than that." Austin battled.

"How'd you know about that?" Ethan asked with fear rising on the inside.

"Doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that she's gonna pick me and not you. Guess you're gonna have to deal with it." Austin snapped walking passed him as his shoulder purposely slammed his leaving him feel so guilty and Austin went out the door and drove home.
