Chapter 27

"I'm..." Ethan started.

"I'm moving away. My parents found a job in another state. They won't tell me where. They said it's a surprise." Ethan told.

"Oh..." Sophie sounded.

"I'm sorry." Ethan stated.

"It's okay. It's not your fault." Sophie replied.

"No,not for the move. For...tricking you into falling for me again and for looking through your stuff." Ethan resumed.

"It's okay. I'm the one who should be apologizing. I was just to scared to express my feelings,I did that stuff to you and trust me those were the meanest things I've ever done to anyone. I'm sorry." Sophie expressed.

"I love you,Ethan." Sophie continued.

"I love you too,Sophie." Ethan responded.

Ethan and Sophie slowly leaned in for a kiss. While they were kissing over and over again,they didn't wanna pull apart. They wanted to be stuck in the moment until...they separated from each other.

"So when are you leaving?" Sophie asked.

"Tomorrow." Ethan answered grabbing Sophie's hand with both of his.

"We can still have this long-distance relationship,right?" Sophie asked.

"Of course,we can. As long as you promise not to check out other guys." Ethan quoted smiling.

"Fine,I promise." Sophie joked smiling as Ethan laughs along. His smile faded away when he remembered,

"Oh...you and Austin Mahone are still dating?"

"I broke up with him...for you." Sophie informed watching his smile return upon his face. It's been about twenty minutes and Ethan is laying down on his side then he throws a grape at Sophie as she caught it in her mouth followed by chuckles.

"Awwww." Amanda sounded in awe. Sophie and Ethan both looked up at her.

"And I'm ruining the moment." Amanda continued.

"It's okay." Sophie responded through chuckles.

"Alright,well I gotta go pack. Later." Ethan closed walking out.

"We're sorry about Ethan leaving." Austin apologized.

"I'm fine as long as I have my best friends here with me." Sophie complimented smiling. Austin and Amanda laughed.

"Yeah,we are the best." Amanda bragged followed by laughs.

"Well,I'm the bestest. Austin...you still have some work to do." Amanda insulted.

"Hey!" Austin shouted defensively.

"I'm only kidding." Amanda uttered with a bright smile helping Sophie clean up the picnic.

So after that day,the three best friends have been getting into trouble together and hanging out constantly and Ethan is in...New York enjoying his time with his parents and little sister. Even though they're thousands of miles apart,they still love each other and will always be together no matter what the long-distance relationship thing brings them.
