~Ethans perspective~

Ash and I started walking back to my house. We were so close to each other as we walked to my place. Ash had his phone out and he was playing music. He put his phone in his pocket once he chose a song and just looked forward with glossy eyes.

"You'll be alright.. I promise." I assured him. He just nodded and looked down at where he was stepping. We made it to the 50ft mountain hill again and started walking down. I was too busy looking at the stars in the horizon when I started to trip over my own feet. I stumbled, but Ash caught my hand and hoisted me up before I hit the ground. We looked at each other, and then back at our hands for 2 seconds each before letting go and chuckling a bit.

"Watch where you step heh.." Ash said, scratching his neck.

"Ugh, I'm an idiot." I said laughing.

"You know Ethan... I owe you a lot." He stated.

"Ash, you don't owe me shit." I said sternly.

"But I do though, I don't know how to thank you for helping me tonight.. Thank You."

"You're Welcome, Ash." I said as we approached my door. I pulled out my keys and unlocked the door, revealing my nicely furnished and nicely cleaned apartment.

"Welcome home." I announced, gesturing for Ash to walk inside. Ash Stepped inside as I did. When I locked the door behind us, He whipped around quickly and hugged me tightly. I sank into the hug, and walked into my room with him following

"And this," I opened the door. "Is where you'll be sleeping tonight!" I said, gesturing to walk inside.

"Woah, your room is so cool!" Ash said in awe as he rushed over to my window. My Windows were curved, with a small area where you could sit. Around the rim were white pixies lights that hung down on both sides and strung across the top. I switched on the battery while Ash took a seat. My apartment was a small house I was renting from a friend of my parents. The whole place was painted in a wooden fashion, so it looked very cabin-like. Ash looked around my whole room while I unloaded my wallet and phone onto my recording desk.

"What time is it?" Ash asked.
"Like, 10:30." I replied.
Ash sighed, stood up, and walked around my room.

"I see you still have the dream catcher you bought." Ash smiled.
"Oh yeah, it's nice isn't it?" I asked
"It is.." There was a moment of silence before Ash spoke again.
"Will I be sleeping underneath this tonight... Too?" He asked. I turned to look him in the eyes.
"Yes, yes you are." I stated.
Ash smirked and sat on my bed.
"I love your apartment." He said.
"Thank you." I replied.

RING RING UR BESFRIEND CALLLIN

My phone blurted.

"Oh shit, G's calling." I said as I answered the phone quickly.
"Hey G!" I said.
"Hey Ethan, you busy tomorrow?" He asked.
"Um, yeah actually but not for long." I replied.
"What do you need to do?" G questioned.
"Taking my friend Ash to get his stuff." I answered.
I looked over at Ash who smiled, but not as genuine.
"Ooooo so what's he like?" G asked.
"Shut up G, what do you wanna do?" I retorted.
"I just wanted to go to the park tomorrow and chill for a while, you down?" G asked.
"As long as Ash can come." I replied.
"Hehehehehe he sure can." G said tauntingly.
"*sigh* later dude." I said.
"Later man." G responded.
After hanging up the phone, I noticed that Ash was laying in my bed practically asleep.
"Hey Ash, you wanna change into pajamas?" I asked. Ash raised his head slowly and nodded. He sat up slowly and walked over to me to grab some clothes I was lending him. He got changed in my closet while I got changed in my room.
"Okay, you can come out." I said to Ash. Ash came out slowly and groggily, with my oversized long sleeve shirt and pants on. He climbed into bed as he yawned and covered himself up. I smiled, opened my laptop to YouTube, and climbed into bed next to Ash.

A few minutes later, I was fast asleep.

~Dream Sequence~
I was sitting on the porch of Kim's apartment, just staring into the distance. It hit me that Ash was taking a while inside, so I decided to knock on the door. As I started to knock for the third time, Ash exited and plopped two huge bags of stuff on the ground along with himself. I let him sit for a bit, then helped him up, wrapping my right arm around him and picking up one of his bags with my left. We entered the car to meet G at the park. Once we made it to the park, Ash and I took his stuff and put it in the trunk to ensure its safety and began walking towards the lake where G was. Ash and G exchange greetings, and we begin walking through the path. We have pleasant conversations about adventures G and I went on, and how Ash and I met. Ash got to rant about how delusional Kim is, which helped him I'm pretty sure. I didn't see Mark at all, I thought about him a few times but... That's about it..
