"Noll! Darling, I'm calling to you that you'll have a bride soon and she's going to be staying with you in Japan! You better take care of her, Noll. She's a sweet, proper young girl."
4MONTHS AFTER
"Married! Engaged!" Ayako and Bou-san yelled at the same time.
Mai blinked, "Well I hope she's nicer than you."
Yasuhara laughed, "Nice one, Mai-chan. A proper, nice YOUNG girl. Makes you wonder how old she is."
"Eh? How old is she? What does she look like? Is she pretty?" They all asked at the same time.
Naru massaged his temples, feeling a headache coming on. "This is not a cafe! If you have nothing better to do then get out! Mai, Tea!"
He left them to enter his mancave (cough office).
"Well I better make tea for his royal pain in the butt! Anyone else want tea?" Mai stood up to walk to the kitchen.
Multiple 'yes' came to her.
Mai sighs and walks to the kitchen to get the tea for everyone.
As Naru entered and closed his office door, he sighed thinking aloud, "Engaged to her. She's just a child!"
He looked at the picture of the young girls in front of it. The girl wore a prestigious uniform of the Knights Court, all in different colors signifying her status as Commander. She was certainly pretty, even he had to admit that. Golden blonde semi-curly hair. Her eyes emerald, but he could see the hint of steel blue in them. But she was a child and a Phantomhive at that! Everyone heard of the stories of Ciel Phantomhive. To associate with that family.. His mother must be insane. He also noticed that she sent him the letter, not his mother. He was confused and somewhat dumbfounded. Who was this girl? Why was she contacting him through his mother. Take care of some girl? He snorts.
Like a Phantomhive needs to be taken care of. He looks at the letter again. Naru picks it up,
"Dear Oliver,
I know this may come to you as a bit of a shock, in all honesty it was the same to me. I am writing to say that since we are betrothed I would like to get to know you. I would want to at least know my husband to be, if not then don't reply. I am a part of Her Ladyship's Knights. However, I am also Her Guard Dog. Oliver, when we marry you'll be taking on the Phantomhive name and becoming Lord with me as your Lady. Being Her Guard Dog is not for the faint of heart.
