Chapter 21: 'Status: It's Complicated'

*5 Years Later*

ANGEL'S POV

"Moooom, I don't want this yellow dress. I want the green one" Bea complained.

While she's growing, I'm observing her. Sometimes she's demanding about everything, and that's what I'm disappointed about her.

"There. Satisfied?" I asked, she nodded.

I go to check on Chian, at her crib. I prepared her milk, diapers, and other baby things in a bag.

"Where's Dad, she's so slow. I want to go to park already" she groaned. Really, I'm not liking this attitude of hers. "Mom, my hair have dirt. Remove it, Mom" she said looking at the mirror. I sighed, I didn't expect that my first child will be like this.

"Honey? Bea? Are you all already prepared there?" we heard Zinx knock on the door.

"Yeah" I answered walking to the door opening it.

She sling the baby's bag on her shoulders and crouch down to carry Bea, "Let's go"

We all go down and go out to the garage, she fixed the car seat for our two daughters. Last 5 years, we got married. We bought our own new house for us, as family, to live in.

ZINX'S POV

Many happened at that 5 years. Ace's gang also settled down with their love lives, all of them got married as well. Only Ace was the one who's single, we're all happy when she continue her academics. Well, my sisters still have 'Status: It's complicated'. I don't understand the both of them, they each have lovers but it will not last long, they're still chasing Ace. But really, I don't know.

"Daddy, I want ice cream" Bea said.

"Alright, let's go and buy. But let's tell first to Mommy, alright?" She nodded.

"Hon, let's go to the ice cream shop" she nodded and we all go there.

In the afternoon, my Mom called saying that she'll borrow the kids for two days. When I asked Angel about it, she's okay with it. So now, the both of us are on the way to our house, after we drop the kids to the Maximilian mansion.

VIOLET'S POV

"Nicole! Stop running around and clean this mess you've made" I scolded her.

"Mom, its not mess, its art"

"You call this art?" I grab the paper she's painting and rip it.

"Mom... No! Please" she begged, and tears flowing down.

"We're just wasting money on this garbages. Throw them away now. Remember this Nicole, we don't have enough money for this. See this tiny house we're living, we're not an elite, we're just commoners" I leave her crying. Well, I'm surprised that for a 5 years old like her thinks maturely, so I know that she understands what I'm saying.

Oh Angel, you'll pay for getting my Zinx. You'll pay by your own daughter, you don't know what's really happening to your real own daughter.

ACE'S POV

I use my skate board going through the hallways, "Ace" I heard someone yelled. I look behind me to see the twins, ugh.

"Hey" I fake smiled. I look down at what they're wearing, that's the cheerleaders' uniform? It shows much skin, the cleavage and the legs. Damn, so sexy. Wait, what did I just said?

"Are you done?" Annah asked.

I look at their faces and knitted my brows, "What?"

"Done checking us out?" Diane said, my eyes widened.

"Ahem, I'm not checking out the both of you" I cross my arms.

"Are you sure? Because your 'friend' says the otherwise" Diane said looking down. I look down to see the traitor, damn you. I covered it with my both hands. "See? We have the effect on you...... Bye" they both kiss each of my cheeks and leave me with a boner.

ANGEL'S POV

I woke up feeling something in my stomach, I feel like I'm gonna throw up so I immediately run to the bathroom. I feel someone rubbing my back, "Are you alright?" She asked concern.

I wiped my mouth, "Yeah, maybe the food we ate last night"

She nodded, "Alright"

Z had left for school, she's still on college. While, I, was already the CEO of the Villan Company. I graduated last two years ago.

When the babysitter came, I gave her instructions then I proceed upstairs to prepare myself to go to the Company.

I arrived at my office, and started my work. Then somebody knock on the door, "Come in" my secretary/manager, Talia, entered.

"Good morning Angel"

"Good morning too" I said tired and lean my back massaging my temples.

"Tired already? Hmmm, this is not usual. Are you alright?" She asked.

I shrugged, "I don't know, this past few days, I'm so worn out"

"Hmm, this is quite familiar...... Oh I know, are you..." She cleared her throat, "Are you pregnant, again"

My brows knitted, and think if when did Zinx and I have an unprotected sex. Then I finally remembered, "Oh.... But we're not still sure about that"

"Why don't you use pregnancy kit again? Wait, I'll just get" she go to my drawer and got two. "There, go and pee on it" she handed it to me.

I sighed, "Alright" I got up and go to the bathroom that was connected to my office.

"Let me see" I handed her the two positive kits, she gasps. "See! I'm right, you're pregnant again. Will you two wear protection? You already have three children, and Z was still on college"

I rolled my eyes, "We're married, Talia!"

She raised her both hands, surrendering. "Alright, alright. Calm your tits, will yah? Gosh, you're hormones are raging early" I glared at her.

I came home early and let the babysitter leave early as well, I carried Chian cause she's crying out loud. Maybe she's hungry, so I lift my shirt to nurse her.

After the dinner, I let them play for awhile before going to bed. After half an hour, I let them sleep on their own bedrooms.

I look at the time and notice that Zinx is still not coming home, its getting late. So I decided to watch the TV first.

At midnight, I heard the door opened. I quickly look up to see Zinx who was stumblingly walking, and her eyes were bloodshot.

I rolled my eyes and stood up to confront her, she slowly walk to me. I crossed my arms when she's finally in front of me. I can smell strong wine and smoke, I glared at her.

"You still didn't stop that?" I asked gritting my teeth.

She chuckled, "The---the what?" Gosh, she's high.

I slapped her, and I saw her hand balled fist. "What! You're gonna hit me? Go on" I yelled loud enough that it wouldn't reach upstairs.

Her eyes were glaring at me, and that's where I saw the other side of her. This is not the Zinx that I knew.

Then we heard sobs from the stairs, I glance to see Bea sitting there while crying. I ran to her and hug her, "Why are you still awake?"

"Mommy, please don't fight with Daddy" she sobbed. I carried her and go back to her room, laying her there I comforted her until she fell asleep.

I go down to see her sitting on the couch staring at nothing, this time I saw the old Zinx again and her face was filled with guilt. I go to our room and lay there curling up into a ball, tears flowing down continuously.
