Chapter 28: Growing Family

ANNAH'S POV

I woke up and feel the bed that I was alone. It was all just a dream, I thought she is really here.

"Mommy? Are you awake?" I heard Abbe knocked on the door. I got up and open it, "Mommy, I heard the door bell ring" she said. I carried her and we go down the stairs, then I opened the door. It was Jordan.

"Come in" I let him in, I felt uneasy with him today because of what I had just dreamed. We sat at living room, "Want some drink?"

"Ah no, I just came here to say goodbye" he started, my brows knitted. "I'm going to Europe to live with my girlfriend" he continued, well I'm surprised. "She just answered me last night through the phone"

I smiled at him, "I'm happy for you, I'm glad that you already found your true love" he smiled.

"Papa, you're going far away?" Abbe asked.

"Well, Abbe. Yes I am, and you're not going to see me again, I'm sorry. But I know that you will also gonna meet your true Papa or Daddy" he smiled at her, then he stood up. "So this the last time we're gonna see each other" he said to me.

"I really thank you for being there always for me. Goodbye Jordan" he hugged me.

"Goodbye Annah, and you too Abbe" he said and walk to the door, he waved at us before going out. I sighed and look at my daughter.

"Is Papa said true? That I will gonna meet my Daddy?" She asked excitedly, I nodded my head.

"Let's just wait for her, sweetie. By the way, your birthday will be tomorrow. We should prepare"

"Yey!" She yelled, I giggled.

All of our family and relatives came for Abbegail's third birthday. I'm surprised that Ace's parents also came, I thought they're still out of the country with Ace. Hmm, well I think they left Ace for awhile to come here for their granddaughter's birthday party.

It was getting dark, most of the guests are going home already. Only my parents and sister are here to help me cleaning the mess. "I'll just bring Abbe to her room, she's knocked out" Diane said, I nodded.

"We'll just wait for Diane, and we'll also go home" Dad said.

"Alright"

"Annah, we're so proud of you. You raised your child properly, and you're alone. Being a single mother is difficult" Mom said.

"I know Mom, but I know. In time, she'll come back. Maybe this time, mom. Maybe, this time"

After a few minutes, Diane came down and they left. I locked the door before I go upstairs to my room, and proceed to the balcony where I can see the city. I sniffed the wind, I stayed there for awhile. I gasp when I suddenly felt someone's arms around my waists. I look behind me and my jaws dropped, "Ace?"

She smiled down at me, I turn my body to face her. "I've missed you, baby" she whispered hugging me.

"I missed you too, very much. How did you come here? I remembered, I locked the door."

"I climb here silently" I look at her properly and observe her, there's nothing changed. "I'm okay now, babe. I did all what the doctor said, I did all that for you and for our child"

"Do you wanna see her?" I asked excitedly. "She got your eyes and nose, babe" I said pinching her nose.

She chuckled, "Tomorrow, so that we can meet each other by surprise"

I smiled genuinely, "I love you Ace"

"I love you too, Annah" I leaned in, cupping her cheeks. I put my lips on hers, that its been a long time I tasted her mouth again.

ANGEL'S POV

"ZINX!" I yelled, she came running to me.

"Yes?"

"My water broke..." I said, her eyes widened. She quickly pick me up and we go downstairs until we reach the garage. She put me at the back seat and he drive. I inhaled, "Faster, Z. I'm gonna kill you if we didn't make it. Remember, I'm carrying twins, so you better drive fast!"

"Calm down, baby. I'm driving as fast as I can"

ZINX'S POV

I'm waiting patiently outside. In my 25 years of living, I can't believe that I could have a big family. Angel and I having 5 kids right now, I think we're going to complete the alphabets. Kidding, I don't think I can handle twenty kids and above.

"Zinx, you can now see the twins" I look up to the doctor, and nodded. I walk in and see two babies, Angel is carrying the one while the nurse carry the other. I walk to the nurse and get the baby.

"Z, what will we name them?" She asked me.

"Let's name the boy Evan Maximilian, you name the girl" I smiled at her.

"Evan, sounds nice. Well, let's name the girl Fhery Maximilian" I nodded.

Our family gathered in our house, they want to see the twins.

"Oh look at this boy, I think he's gonna be a lady-chaser" Dad commented, I only sighed.

"And this girl, the boys will lined up outside your house to court her" Mom also commented.

Oh well, let them be. I can't stop a spoiler, anyway.

ANGEL'S POV

I glance at Zinx who was sleeping beside me. Those years that had passed, she changed in a good way. After she graduated, she stopped her vices. She became the CEO of Maximilian Company, we decided to join our Companies since I'm a Maximilian now.

I cupped her cheek, and kiss her lips gently. I love you Zinx!

I close my eyes and fall asleep with a smile plastered on my face. Having a nice dream...

"Is that really you Zinx?" I asked her surprised.

She shrugged and hummed, "Its really me"

"Oh Zinx, where are your glasses?"

"Are we playing twenty questions? Cause its my turn to ask" she smirked at me.
