Chapter 21

Faiths POV

My mom and dad told me to not worry that my uncles and them will take care of it. And also for Jack and I to go to bed........ So I was tired and I went to sleep, simple as that!

I am sleeping on Jacks' chest an I know for a fact he's sleeping, his chest is rising up and down slowly. I decide to get out of bed and brush my teeth and all that cha bang!

When I get into my bathroom ,which is like 3 steps from my bed, I go to the restroom and when I wash my hands I open my eyes and see my hair.

I screamed really loud, I think I just woke up everyone in California! Jack rushes into the bathroom.

"What's wr- oh my god! What happened?!" He asks wide eyes

"I have no fucking idea what happened!" I kind of scream.

"Did you do anything to your hair?" he asks

"No!"

"Then what happened?"

"I have no idea! But my hair is blonde and it was just brown when I went to sleep 10 hours ago!" I scream.

Then my dad rushes into the bathroom.

"What happens is ev- oh, what do you do to your hair?" he asks also wide eyed.

"I don't know!" I scream.

"I-I don't why this happened." my dad says

"I don't either." I say a little calmer.

"What should we do?" Jack asks

"I don't know but I might have a feeling it has to do with when Jen and I gave you blood." dad says

"Oh ok, so that's coming and gonna haunt me now. Great!" I say

"We'll see what we can do, just stay away from the paparazzi, they'll probably make a stupid story about this." my dad says and I nod.

I just noticed, they should put the song 'A Thousand Years' in The Fault In Our Stars movie at the end while Hazel is talking!!

I just flop onto my bed and sigh, Jack comes by me an lies down next to me and plays with my hair.

"How the hell did this happen?" he asks laughing and I start to giggle and smile.

"I have no freaking idea." I say smiling.

Then my mom comes rushing in and Jack stops playing with my hair as I sit up way to fast because I feel dizzy.

"Oh sweetie, I have no idea why your hair is blonde!" she says

"Well you aren't the first." I say with a smile.

"Don't worry we can dye your hair back to it's original color." she reassures me

I nod my head, an she leaves back to my family downstairs.

"Hey don't sweat it, you won't be blonde forever!" Jack laughs while talking.

"Shut up Jack!" I laugh

"Ugh I am tired I am gonna take a nap!" I add

"You just woke up like 2 and a half hours ago!" Jack says

"I know, we didn't get to sleep till like 3am and I woke up at like 7:45 ish, and I NEVER wake up at 7:45 am so I am going back to sleep!" I say and lay my head on the pillow and close my eyes and go to sleep.

Jack's POV

Once Faith hits the pillow she's out in a light. Damn the girl can sleep, you give her an opportunity to sleep, she will! I've been laying next to her for about 35 minutes.

I stroke/play with her hair, for some reason she says she sleeps faster when I play with her hair, just like brush my fingers through her hair and twirl it a little.

When I am playing with her hair I see a strand of her hair turn brown, like it just turned brown. The color came from the too and reached to the bottom! What the fuck? I better tell her parents, her hair is turning brown now.

I go down stairs with my hands in my pockets and see them having breakfast, I didn't even realize it was 9:30am.

"Oh hey Jack do you want anything to eat? Are you hungry?" Jen asks

"Oh no I am fine. Thank you though. Um i just came down to say, that Faiths' hair is turning brown again...." I say wondering what they'll say.

"It's turning brown again?" Josh asks

"Yea, I was playing with her hair since she was trying to go sleep, and y'all know that she sleeps faster when people like play with you hair or whatever and a strand of her hair just turned brown out of nowhere." I say

Jen then goes upstairs followed by Josh then Grandma Lawrence/Hutcherson, then Grandpa Lawrence/Hurcherson, then Faith's uncles then me.

Jen stands over by her bed and picks up the strand of hair that is brown.

"How'd this happen?" Jen asks

"I have no clue, I was asleep and I heard her scream and I thought she was hurt or something so I woke up an rushed over to her to see if she was alright, but then her hair was blonde." I say

"Well at least you can trust him." Grandma Lawrence says pointing to me. I am kind of confused.

"Yea, he thought Faith was in danger and he rushed to her to see if she was okay." Grandma Hutcherson says.

"I know." Jen says and smiles at me and I smile back.

They leave the room and I just stay there and watch Faith, I also play with her hair a bit also! 😂

A/N: Okay this might have been the most boring its chapter I have done, but a reader wanted well suggested a should do this so I did. I am not saying her suggestion was bad, it's just I am not a very good writer.
