The pair rushed back to the castle, and dropped off the mushrooms at the infirmary. In the distance, they heard the howls of a mourning wolf pack, the Warwick domain. Joey was a wolf, and he was a beloved member of the pack, always helping, and caring for others. (The vampires didn't really care- they viewed one death as trivial and boring) It would have been impossible to find a motive if they hadn't known the responsible party.

Aingard.

The domain which had been at war with the three kingdoms for over a century. it was the largest kingdom, which had an army that rivaled the total combined power of the other three. It took the three original Halflights to break their ranks, and slay their leader, Kariya.

The kingdom Aingard rose into the sky, using the combined power of all their remaining forces. They had moved to Rome, and had flourished there. Apart from whispers, they were never spoken of again in the three other kingdoms.

Until now.

Adrianna burst through the grand doors to the Throneroom, tears in her eyes. Joey had been a friend, and his death was a blow to her, a very hard one. The only people inside were the King, Queen, and Archie Rose, the royal knight.

"Aingardians!" she cried, stepping up to the King. He looked up, and a shocked look burned inself into his face. He composed himself, and a grave look settled where surprise had been.

King Doran was a tall, thin man, who had a long, brown beard, with a kind face and an even kinder heart. He had been picked as king, due to his redeeming qualities and his status as the only heir to the throne. His wife, the queen, was a quiet woman, ladylike and kind. She had long, blonde hair, and she rarely spoke, but when she did, her words carried great magnitude.

"WHAT?! Where?" he asked.

Tony pulled the blood-soaked card, handing it to the King. he read it, focusing inward. His brow furrowed in concentration. It eased, as if he had thought of a solution. He looked down.

"So this is the other Halflight. Anthony Luz." he said, studying Tony with his eyes. Tony suddenly felt very self-conscious.

"He's a pretty good fighter too."said Archie. "Even though he only fought a double, it had all the power of the real thing. He shot it with his energy, and kicked it through. It was a bloody mess."

"Well, of he's such a good fighter, then maybe he should be assigned as Adrianna's personal guard." said the King.

"Daddy!!!" she protested. "I'm a fighter too, not to mention the Halflight of this kingdom! I can handle myself!"

"Insurance." said the Queen. The room fell silent.

"Do you have anything else to say, Anthony?" asked the King.

"How did you know so much about me? I have a thousand questions." he said.

"In time." said the Queen.

The King waved them away, then stopped. "Oh, and another thing. He picked up a giant sword that rested on his throne. It was taller than him, but he hefted it with ease. Then to Tony's horror, he brought it down in a swinging motion. It rested gently on his shoulder.

"I hereby dub you Sir Anthony Luz, of Doran Castle." he said, moving the sword over to Tony's other shoulder. He sat down, resting it next to him. He waved them away again. "Oh, and go see Darius at the forge, deep in the Castle. He's waiting for you!" he called. Tony and Adrianna left without another word.

"Ugggghhh..... WHY?" she said, glaring at Tony.

"It's not my fault..." he replied. She didn't care who's fault it was, except that it was NOT a good idea. She had an idea to prove why she was right.
