And yes. I ended up texting Dom late at night asking him if he wants to watch GOT at my house, and he immediately replied yes.
The next day I had a little GOT watching in my house. Simmi was also there and she kept teasing me about Dom. Was it that obvious that I liked him? I then remembered what Lauren told me last night " everyone can see that spark "

Ugh. This is why love is annoying.
Dom and I sat beside each other on the couch during GOT. It was nice to have a guy there with me. Okay, maybe it is time for a relationship? Maybe. Just maybe.
After Dom and everyone else went home, I had yet again, another sleepless night. My head was exploding with thoughts. Is Dom the guy for me? I mean, I feel comfortable with him and I feel like I don't need to change at all. We just understand each other..
But the thing is, I'm horrible with relationships. What if I end up being the horrible girlfriend like I am and end up driving Dom away? I would hate to lose Dom. I can't imagine my life without him. We've been friends for years! I'm honestly just really scared at this point.
The next day I went to Lauren's place and we had a girl talk.
Lilly: Lauren, I honestly have no idea what I'm gonna do!
Lauren: Lilly! I know you're scared, and your past relationships haven't been the best, but that's the past! Dom is not your ex! Stop being afraid of dating him if you haven't even tried.
Lilly: Hmm.. You know what, I think you're right. I'm gonna be 29 soon and I think I do need to get back into the dating world.
Lauren: Finally! there you go!
Lilly: But wait... How am I gonna tell Dom? What will I say? What will I do?
Lauren: Lilly, Dom likes you too. There's nothing to be afraid of.
Lilly: wait, how are you so sure that he likes me?
Lauren: Lilly. I'm not stupid. I'm with Dtrix more than you think. He always hangs out with us.
Lilly: Hold up. So are you trying to tell me that he talks about me?
Lauren: all the time! He's just like you. He's afraid too. And Dom usually isn't nervous about girls. It's soo cute! He totally likes you. You guys just need to go on a date and talk. Oh and By the way, I told him I wouldn't tell you that. So ssshhhh. You didn't hear that from me.
I kept in mind what Lauren told me. But I still had so much work to do and emails to check.
After a busy day working, I laid in bed about to go to sleep when I suddenly got a text. I was surprised that someone would text me at 1:30 am. I was even more surprised that it was Dom.
Hey Lilly. I know that you're like the busiest and most hard working girl on the planet. But I was wondering if you had a bit of free time and would want to go out sometime.
Omg. Did Dom just ask me out?
HOLD UP. DID DOM JUST ASK ME OUT?

After about spending 15 minutes thinking of what to say, I finally texted him back.
Are you asking me out?
Well, yeah.. I guess I am. So would you like to?

OMG. I'M GOING ON A DATE WITH DOM.
It's so sweet that he knew that I was busy and my only 'rest' day is Sunday. I wonder where we're going? Oh my gosh. What am I gonna wear? What are we gonna do? I gotta tell Lauren!
