Forever staying little, never planning to age,
Trapped within time, liberated from a cage,
Only to be mislead, into a bigger prison of dark,
The world merely wants, to leave its mark.
it wants to scar the children, to perpetuate and taint,
They are victorious and joyful, their childhood is faint.
But it wouldn't matter anyhow, they are pure and naïve,
Because innocence is a deception, that can easily deceive.
They can look back in time, at the bliss they once had,
They can look back today, and never be glad,
Simply requesting, they want their childhood back,
Innocence is a virtue, that the rest of the world lack.
