Btw Y/N's bisexual in the story. Not gonna lie I damn cried while I wrote this. I cried so much while writing this I had to make it have a bitter sweet ending. Also imagine we're in like 2032 in the story, but their all still the same ages as they are now.
I;e Sehun is still 25 in the story even though it's 2032. K got it? Good.

"C'mon Y/N! We have to get a good spot!" Her friend shouts dashing through the snow of Iceland.
We were supposed to do this together. Why did you leave?
Y/N slowly trudges through the snow. Her heart still broken. They had planned this trip for years. Planned exactly where to be, and exactly what time it would begin. Than months before their trip.
Her whole world shattered. Her one and only left forever. Never would she feel love the same way he loved her.
Flashing lights from the ambulances. They surrounded their house.
"Sehun!" Y/N yells, tears welling in her eyes already. The police try to stop her from seeing this sight.
She drops to her knees. Frozen in time. "Sehun..." She lets out a soft cry.
Her lover. Hanging right before her eyes. "Why? Why did you do this?" She sobs, the EMT telling her there was nothing they could do anymore. "Why didn't you tell me?" She cries herself to sleep. Night after night. Promising that she would never date someone again. After how much pain, and grief she was in.
"Sehun, I know you're up there watching this with me" Y/N says to herself softly as she lays on the ground watching the northern lights dance all along the night sky. "I miss you Sehun. We miss you so much, I wish you told me that you were suffering. I forgive you, and I'm sorry I couldn't be there for you" Y/N wipes the tears from her eyes. "Sehun why... Why didn't you tell me?"
"Y/N?" HyoJung sits down next to her and puts an arm around her. "Sehun is always here with you, he's always here with us. He's never left us, he's just an angel now but he's walking right alongside us" HyoJung consoles her.
"Thanks HyoJung" A soft sob leaves her lips. "I-It means a lot".

Years have passed. The pictures of Sehun still line the walls of the house. But alongside pictures of a newly found relationship.
HyoJung and Y/N are engaged.
"I love you Y/N" HyoJung says as she kisses the top of Y/N's head. "I.. I'm sorry that I'm still like this" Y/N says holding back tears as they both stand in the hallways looking at old pictures. "Y/N. You loved Sehun with your whole entire being, if he were still alive. We all know that you'd be married by now. We wouldn't be a thing, and don't deny it. As much as I love you, I loved you and Sehun together more" HyoJung tells her firmly with a arm around her.
"I love you HyoJung..." Y/N cries into HyoJung's side.
As they passed by a picture of Y/N and Sehun hugging each other tightly with a huge grin on their faces. HyoJung's heart sank, knowing that Y/N won't ever be able to get over this loss. The loss that completely changed her.

Exactly 5 years later.
"Y/N? I know your grieving. Since it's been exactly seven years since Sehun left us. But I have a surprise for you" HyoJung had been working on this for years. They still live in the same house with the pictures still hanging up. Today was the seventh anniversary of Sehun's death, and HyoJung could tell that as happy as Y/N was. She was never the same after his passing.
"What is it Hyo?" Y/N asks, stifling back tears again. HyoJung grabs her hand taking her out to HyoJung's workshop.
"Close your eyes" HyoJung's smile was huge, and Y/N couldn't help but to wonder why.
HyoJung rips the covers off of something. "You can open your eyes now!"
"Holy shi- What is it?" Y/N asks. It was a huge portal like machine with panels on the side. "I've been working on this for years Y/N... Ever since we lost Sehun, you've never been truly happy. Or at least as happy as you were with Sehun" HyoJung tells her still smiling.
"What do you mean? I've been happy with you!"
"Y/N? Truth now"
Y/N takes a deep breathe, head hanging low. "I'm sorry Hyo, I just can't get over it... I love you, but I'd be happier with him" HyoJung smiles at her truth.
"Good. I love you too Y/N. But I couldn't stand seeing you so miserable. So this is a time machine. I already have it set, and have tested it on my own. It works, you can go back and fix everything" HyoJung announces happily.
"You mean I... I can end up with Hunnie?" The nicknames already rushing back from her memories. "Yes you can end up with your one and only" HyoJung tells her.
Y/N runs into HyoJung's arms happily, crying from tears of joy. "B-But what about you?" Y/N comes to that realization. "Y/N I've always wanted you to be happy, and this is the only way that you can be truly happy. Now just step on that platform okay?"
"Thank you so much Hyo, I love you. I'll never forget you" Y/N tells her as she steps on to the platform.
"I love you to Y/N, I'll see you back then!"

the morning of Sehun's death
Y/N woke up in the arms of somebody. She looked up, and it was Sehun. She smiled, and couldn't help but hug him tightly. "Hunnie? Hunnie wake up!" Y/N couldn't help but almost yell.
"Wha~ why?" Y/N almost cried because this is the first time in seven years that she had woken up to Sehun's raspy morning voice. "What is it jagi? Why are you crying?" Sehun asked confused as to why she was acting so weird.
"Sehun I love you so gad damn much . What's going on? Tell me Sehun, you haven't been acting yourself lately" Y/N asked. "I-It's nothing"
"Sehun. Truth. Now" Y/N demanded. "Well... Y/N I have depression, and I want to die. I was planning on ending it today. I-" Before he could finish what he was saying. Y/N had him embraced in a tight hug. "We're gonna fight this. You're not alone, what do you say?" Y/N told him firmly. "S..Sounds great" Sehun shed a few tears.
"All always walk alongside you Hun. Never forget that"

"HyoJung? How's the kids?" Y/N asks her best friend. "Growing up fast honestly. A little to fast!"
"Little Kino was just a small little baby last year now he's walking!" HyoJung says as she admires her son playing with Y/N and Sehun's daughter.
"Baby, look at this" Sehun says as he wraps his arm around Y/N. Pointing towards ChoYung and Kino playing with each other. "I know, it's so cute" Y/N says in awe of the two children.
"Reminds me of us when we were young" Sehun laughed. "It sure does, I remember your mothers always use to rant to my mom about how much you two got into trouble" HyoJung told them, and laughed.
Sehun looked down at Y/N smiling widely at his wife and daughter. "I'm glad you saved me jagi. Thank you" Sehun says to her and hugs her kissing the top of her forehead. "I'm just happy you're still here Hun" Y/N sighs.
"Thank you Hyo" Y/N whispers to herself without anybody noticing.
