          Days were slow with akward conversations, the flea doing work at differant hours of the day, Shizuo taking care what he could feeding Izaya, keeping him in check and such. Things were fine?
           Izaya sighed finishing an email and sending it, he pushed away from the desk spinning toward the window looking down at all the people passing by. Those humans all so full of interest yet they could be so boring to him sometimes. He watched as a couple seem to bicker back and forth over something and another lady get involved.
           "You know, ease dropping on other people is rude? Who are you watching now?" Shizuo asked walking into the room sipping his coffee slowly.
            "Hmmm? It's not rude silly, it's my job. I'm watching them down there the man in blue and the two girls. Looks like he got caught in the act of cheating and someones not happy."
            "How can you tell?" Shizuo asked confuse and not understanding it too much himself.
           "Well you see both girls yell at him then toward eachother because hes the one in trouble but both girls are confirming whos better, whos first, who was 'his one' and that drama. Niether of them are though you can tell by the way he hesitates with both of them looking off for an escape from both. Heh they're to in the moment to see it." Shizuo watched as the other leaned in his chair smirking as he explained.
         "Can you do that with anyone, like just go off and know what there doing and just about why." Shizuo questioned drinking his coffee.
          Izaya nodded spinning in his chair slowly. "With humans I can usally do it many seem to think a like and the outliers are easy to determine as well. Pick someone I'll give you a guess at what they're doing." Izaya stopped as Shizuo pointed at someone. Izaya looked at the group smaller whispers and the 1 male looking off and around. "It's an illegal exchange of somesort most likely drugs or money, guns they tend to close off and do them out of sight. See the 1 males acting worried lucky there's no cops or someone would've gone and ruined their deal. The group chit-chatting in front of him are in a gang of some sort probably the turquoise trutles you can tell by there small color scheme and the guys jacket." Just as Izaya finished the male took a bag out handing it to the group leader before taking off. Izaya giggle looking to Shizuo who was quiet amazed nodding.
          "Damn heh, guess with practice comes skill for you. You're like a security camera always watching huh?" Shizuo point to a male sitting on a bench across the street. "What about him?" Izaya leaned in looking frowning and Shizuo picking up on this. "S-something wrong?"
          "That right there, is one of Shiki's boys I haven't been to his place for a week now and been doing all my work online its probably ticking him off... He's got watchers on the place not." Izaya scoffed scanning the area seeing 4 more watchers sighing. He shut the blinds looking to Shizuo shrugger.
           "We gonna be okay, should we leave? What if they come up stairs." Shizuo asked concerned for Izaya's well being.
           "They won't unless they know you're gone or they've got the advatage. Shiki is impatient but hes not stupid. He knows he can't take you nor his fools nor does he tend to. Sooo what did you need before we went people watching?"
            "Nothing I was just bored of watching t.v. it's not really my thing. I mean I watch my brother's work but that usally all I ever get time to or want to."
            "Well Mr.bored what would you like to get rid of that boredom?" Izaya smirked asking as they left his office and into the living room.
            "I- uhh... I'm not sure just went to talk to you really to get rid of the boredom. What do you usally do?" Shizuo asked sitting down on the leather couch.
             "Heh well you've seen what I usally do, work, sleep. Occasionally eat when you tell me. Thats it really well before things changed and I had too much time on my hands." Izaya sat in Shizuo's lap smirking as he watched the others expression tint with pink.
          "I, hey get up? What are you doing flea?" Shizuo picked Izaya up moving him out of his lap.
           "Aww but you let me lay and sit in your lap before. What's got you with this change of mind?" Shizuo watched as the other male tried to read him like he did with those down below.
           "I've been talking with this person lately and like its like I feel bad when I do those things with you and not them." Shizuo rubbed his neck moving away slightly.
           "I see so, so the Shizuo the monster of Ikebukaru has fallen in love. Who's the unfortunate soul haha?" Izaya laughed hiding his feelings looking at Shizuos redden face.
            "Shut up it's n-not entirely like that. We're just gonna try it out nothing to big really." Shizuo sighed not wanting to be so open about it yet. "Oh uhh I'm leaving you with Shinra this Friday cause me and her are meeting up then she wanted to hang and... I don't want you here by yourself especially with them hanging out downstairs. We don-"
          "No, its fine. Thats good with me its only friday its not gonna kill me." Izaya cut the other off quickly. "You do mean tommorow Friday right?" Shizuo nodded and so did Izaya before he got up streching, Izaya did some streacheds and what seemed yoga poses getting the blood flowing.
             "Okay thanks I'll treat you to fatty tuna Saturday then?" Shizuo said watching the other as he nodded, he wondered if Izaya was upset.
             "Where you going to take her, first impressions are important to humans?" Shizuo cocked his eyebrow getting help from the flea. "Don't go anywhere you enjoy or it'll leave a bad taste in your mouth if things go wrong, don't try something new or something you haven't gone to for sometime or it'll be akward find a breakeven place.
             "We were just planning dinner a movie of her choice and than yeah small but meaningful date."
             "Good luck monster hope you don't fuck up or anything heh." Izaya rolled his eyes. Who, is that who he's texting why now, and like where did she come from do I know her?
             The day was broken conversation starters and akward silence as Izaya thought this through and Shizuo made plans texting this little 'lover' of his.

//Friday//
~~Shizuo pov~~
         I got Izaya to Shinra's place, Izaya had been quiet the whole way it was weird. No snarky comments about what I wore, or the date i was going on. He didn't talk much I gave my goodbye to him, Shinra, and Celty before taking off.
           We met in the center of town at a pho shop she said she had enjoyed, and I had been too with Tom a few times her name was Jace, she had thes long blonde lockes and deep bown eyes like Izaya's but more boring. He scratched that giving greetings and the got their table.
            "Hope this wasn't too troubling for your schedule, didn't think you'd accept to be honest Shizuo." Her eye alway seemed to be on me and she kinda showed herself off to much but I wasn't gonna make note of that yet mabey she's just flirty with it being a first time.
           "No it's fine, I have a pretty flexible schedule currently as a body gaurd." Shizuo said not lieing but not wanting to ger to into depth with that.
            "That's pretty good, how have you been holding up with the whole dating thing. Not gonna lie this stuffs tough but fun meeting potential future lovers." Shizuo shrugged to answer question not really knowing how he felt about it yet.
            The do made conversation about life, family, and friends. Ordering food he notice her begin to drink a lot with the meal. "Y-you gonna be able to handle that, we still have the movie to Jace." She giggled nodding Shizuo ate his meal as she talked about here work with in a new collector and distributer and such.
          The too finished eating and headed to the movies getting the and to the movie she wanted some romancy movie Shizuo did seem to interested into in but was keeping his pacients. The movie even watching it was really stupid the boy could've just told her he was in love with that person writing the letters and not faking it for her. Ugh. "Hey Shizuo want to do something?~" Jace smiled turning Shizuo's face toward hers kissing him slowly making out slowly. The liquor from dinner still on her mouth grossing Shizuo out as he hesitantly shook his head getting up and leaving he there. He gave the heads up to a worker thier that she was drunk before leaving.
         The date was a disaster, what a waste of time. He improved though staying calm and such but it was annoying the way girls acted with him, super flirty or like hes easy to push around and do as they want. He sighed walking to Shinras place.

~~Izaya pov~~
          Shizuo left quickly to go visit this little date, by this time I knew who she was what she did why she did it. Jace what kinda name was that? Trouble with alchol that'll go over well,why would he go put with her. Was it cause she was like pretty or something with here big grin and blond long hair, she had a decent set of breast curvy at the least. If he only knew what a snarky bitch she was with he work lying to get good stories at work what a problem.
           Izaya sigh Shinra and Celty had already went to bed together at this point and he was in the living room drinking tea rubbing his finger lightly of his lips before laughing slightly under his breath. "Jealousy, heh its been awhile since I've felt this way." Time seemed to take forever to pass. It left me to wonder where they went, did they like it, was he happy?..

          Izaya had drank 3 teas and for waters waiting for Shizuo hearing the knock though he darted toward the door. Check before opening seeing the blonde and smiling slightly. He opened the door smirking at the other.
            "Hey didn't think you'd be up ready to go? Are the other to out?" Shizuo asked and Izaya noding as he slid on his shoes.
            "Yeah they're out, they've been. How was you little date, you have fun and stuff." Izaya asked locking Shinra's door with his key walking with the other back to his place.
             "It was good I guess. Could've been worse, could've been better but yeah it was pretty good." Shizuo lied and smiled fooling Izaya slightly.
            "Well not everyone can satify you complete they wouldn't be specail if there was more then one that could." Izaya skipped along blancing on the metal post like a kid, Shizuo chuckled remebering him and his brother doing similar.
             "Guess you're right, I'm ready to hit the hay I don't know about you?" Shizuo yawned streaching and Izaya shrugged getting down as the reached his building going upstairs.
            The to washed up getting into there pajamas laying down in Izaya's bed. Shizuo took no time to go to sleep laying there snoring and rolling toward Izaya. Izaya laid there for some time bitting at his lip a little smelling the alchol on the other breath wondering if he drank she... It didn't matter. Shizuo wasn't his, Shizuo was his monster, and protecter for now, he wasn't his boyfriend so he had no say. Izaya sighed turning facing the window Shizuo pulling him close and hugging him close. Izaya feeling this unfairness grow and want grow as well keeping quiet the. Within the next hour he fell asleep himself right with Shizuo.
