I hopped in the car, feeling the hot hair.

"Tony can you please turn on the AC? I'm going to burn in here!"

"Hannah, it's not THAT hot."

"Is it now?" I said as I gave him the "glare".

"As you wish." He sighed.

We strapped our selves' in, put on my aviators and went on the short ride to Vic's & Mike's house.

I stared out the window, viewing the passing houses and trees. Seeing the sun beat down on the cars. Man, it was hot today.

"Ugh, I need a Monster." I said fanning myself.

"This A.C isn't helping me."

"Well, I've never heard you whine before" Tony said smiling.

"Oh, this isn't my whining, its way worse than this. You would not like to see that."

We both laughed as we pulled into The Fuentes' driveway.

Luckily, everyone was already meeting up on their porch.

"Hurry! We're overheating here!" Mike yells.

"Why don't you just go inside?" I yell back.

"Because My dear," Mike says as he walks towards us. "we have no time to waste since we are all going on a road trip."

"R-Road trip?" I stuttered through my words.

"Yeah, we are all packed and ready to go" Vic says walking up to mike.

"Shit.. We aren't even ready or packed." I said as I take my aviators off.

"Well, what are you waiting for? Lets go!" Mike says as he gets in his car.

"ROAD TRIP!!" Jaime chants.

Oh, he always makes us laugh.

"We'll meet you at your house Hannah." Annie says "and We're taking Sarah with us, volunteering or not we are dragging her with us." She said giggling.

Well, looks like we are going on a road trip, but I'm curious to where we are going. L.A? I've always wanted to go there, visit the Hollywood Sign, go see celebrities stars' on the walk of fame. I have high expectations, okay.

Me and tony once again got in the car and drove off. Tony had dropped me off at my house to get packed and Tony left to his house.

I walked in through the front door to see that my parents were back.

I tried to sneak up the stairs, but my parents had eyes like a hawk.

"Hannah Grace Smith, come back down" my dad said.

"Where were you last night? Your mother and I were worried sick!"

"Oh.. Uhm.."

I couldn't tell them I was at Tony's, they'll flip! They'll have to give me the "talk" and I do NOT want the talk.

"I was with Annie" i lied through my teeth.

"Were you now?" My mom said

"Yeah, she said that she wanted me to come over since it was the last day and she had everything set up and I just couldn't say no and-I'm sorry, I forgot to call."

My parents both looked at each other then back at me.

"Call next time sweetie, you had us worried."

"I will mom, don't worry." I said starting to walk up the stairs.

"Oh, and uh..haha, one small thing to ask."

"Yes?" My father said with his glasses at the tip of his nose.

"Well, my friends want to go on a road trip for who knows how long and I was wondering.. Can I..go?"

I squinted my eyes, waiting for "no", but their answer surprised me.

"Well, you do need to be more social I can say that..so-"

"Yes, have fun Hannah."

"Thank you! I love you two so much!"

"You only love us when we say yes!" My dad said as he continued to read his daily newspaper.

I ran up the rest of the stairs and packed 3 luggages. Hey, I gotta take a lot since I have no Idea how long we'll be out.

I walk down the stairs with my luggages and see that the whole gang is outside.

"I'm ready, I'm ready." I said as I struggled to get the biggest suitcase out.

Mike offered to help, so I let him.

"Why 3?!" Mike says as he struggles to put the luggages in his van.

"How long will we be out?" I said in a sassy response.

"Touché" he said with a smirk.

"Mike can you please tell us where we are going?" Annie said.

"I'll tell you when we arrive!"

"But then we won't have to know since we are already there."

I said as I opened the van door.

"Exactly." Mike responds,"Okay, everyone pile up!"

We all squeezed in the can, anxiously waiting for our arrival at out "secret" destination.

"Everyone in?" Mike says.

"Okay, we have Tony, Hannah, Annie Jaime and-Sarah what a surprise that you made it." Vic said.

"Yeah yeah, I just wanted to get out of volunteering." She said with a grin.

"Alright, everyone's in!" Mike began, "Lets go." He says as he quickly pulls out of the drive way
