We soon arrived at Annie's house. I let out a sigh as I text my parents where I'd be for who knows how long.
So many things are rushing through my head, it's making me dizzy actually. I just wanted to sit down and straighten out everything.
We walk in through the front door, I immediately walked straight for the couches, laying down as I let out a groan.
"Okay grumpy" Sarah then sat down on the couch next to me. I shot her an annoyed look and she looked defeated.
Annie came running down the hall, throwing a box at me while she sat down on the couch.
I looked at it:
"Clear Blue" I looked at Annie in confusion.
"You have the right to know." She then says.
"I know, but why do you have these? Oh god, Annie please don't tell me you're-" i said concerned.
"No, no, no! My mom bought those last week, she had a pregnancy scare too and I just remembered we had them." She smiled so innocently.
"Won't hurt if I tried, right?" I said taking a test out.
"We'll be out here with our arms open." Sarah's words made me smile.
"Wish me luck." I shot then a frown, not looking forward to this.
--
"Okay, only 5 minutes. Just 5." I say to myself as I pace back and forth, brushing my hair back. I felt so frustrated at how long this damn thing takes but so scared because those 5 minutes will soon be up.
I sat down on the edge of the bathtub, impatiently waiting. I tugged at the hem of my shirt, tapping my fingers and tapping my foot. I felt like my heart was going to pop out of my chest any second, god I'm so scared!
I check my watch..only 2 minutes have passed.
"Okay Hannah, only 3 more minutes left. " my conscious tells me.
"You can do this."
"Be the strong girl you've always been."
All I could do was stare at the bathroom mirror. Looking at my reflection. All I saw was a scared, nervous wreck of a girl.
"1 more minute." I say to myself.
My stomach soon starts to get butterflies..or was I getting nauseas again? All of this madness is starting to give me a headache.
The test soon beeped, I quickly got up and slowly grabbed it.
"I can't look." I let out a big sigh as I held it up.
I covered my mouth, the tears wanting to escape. I wanted to scream so bad. I then sat on the bathroom floor, shocked, not knowing what to do.
"Hannah? Hannah!" Annie bangs on the door.
"Let us in!"
I unlocked the door, not moving from my position. They both saw me on the floor, their looks were really concerning.
"..i-it's positive..isn't it?" Annie chokes on her words.
I slowly nod, not wanting to speak at the moment.
I felt a little happy when both Annie and Sarah pulled me up and hugged me really tight. I need a friend at the moment, I couldn't be any happier that they are here with me right now.
"It's okay Hannah." Sarah wipes a tear running down my face, "we'll be there for you."
"How am I going to tell Tony?" I said as I let go of their embrace.
