It Was Only Just a Dream PART 15

Annie's P.O.V.

It's really strange how Hannah has been distancing herself from us. I get that she and Tony are together and want some time for themselves, but we want to see our best friends! Tony & Hannah! Something's up, and you can surely bet I'll find out.

I gaze at Hannah as she slips on her earbuds and walks out the entrance. That's when a lightbulb appeared on the top of my head.

"I got an Idea!" I told Sarah.

"Look, I'm not gunna get a stupid make-over, it's just a dat-"

"No, not that.." I said with a confused look, "Hannah's up to something, I saw it in her eyes."

"You always do this! Ever since I've known you Annie!" Sarah says as she puts her hand on her forehead.

"Well, this is..different. I guess you can say it's just research."

"Research? Really?" Sarah gave me the most evil look, I hate it when she does that.

"C'mon, lets go see what she's up to."

I yanked Sarah's arm, pulling her by force out the entrance.

"You know, for someone as petite as you, you sure do have strength." Sarah says in amazement.

We casually walked down the street, just waiting to see what Hannah will do next, yes, it's wrong to invade her privacy, but I can't help it! I'm a curious person, okay?

"Annie, what can she be hiding?" Sarah whines, "just let her be!"

"Sarah, shush, before i tell everyone the real reason why you are shopping with me today." I said this as I gave her a threatening look.

"Wow...you have been hanging around me too damn much." She said laughing, "but not bad."

We continued to walk for what seemed like forever. So far, nothing. All she did was go into other shops and purchased small things like: heels and accessories. They were all in white which..was weird since she never ever wears white out in public. Oh, and she doesn't like heels, yes she wears them to go out..only because i force her!

So why would she be buying heels? Who knows. Hannah was right in front of us, so me and Sarah knew we couldn't blow our covers. We blended in with the other people beside us. We flashed them a huge smile and walked with them.

Just then, my phone rang. Great, who could it be? I check the lock screen only to notice it was Jaime.

"Hello? Jaime?" And once I said that, Hannah turned around. It's as if she can recognize my voice anywhere. Me and Sarah quickly ran back hoping she wouldn't notice.

"Jaime this isn't a good time, I need to go, bye!"

"But I gotta tell you something-"

"I can't talk! Bye!"

"But Tony and Hannah are getting married!"

I instantly dropped my phone as I stood there with my mouth wide open.

What in the world did I just hear?

"Annie..what's..going on?"

"I-i think I'm gunna have an anxiety attack.."

"Oh god no Annie, i thought you haven't had one since the 7th grade?!" Sarah said concerned.

"Well, it's back now." I said as I tried catching my breath.

"Let's just go back, call this whole thing off."

"Yeah, good idea."

I picked up my phone, thankful that the screen did not crack from that drop.

I couldn't get that thought off my mind.

Married? But they are just teenagers! How on earth can they go through this?! Yes, they are both in love..but, I expected more out of Hannah..well, I guess it's sweet, but, still! I would be okay with it if they would have told us like..after they decided this!

No, no, I'm not mad, I can't be mad. I should be happy..they are both my best friends. They deserve each other. But the thought of this just makes me want to curl up in the corner of the room and stare at the blank walls forever.

I need to know the full story.

We quickly made our way back at the hotel room where I saw Jaime panicking.

"Jaime, explain yourself!" I yell out.

"I don't even know why they decided on this.." He said, still pacing back and forth.

"I couldn't believe it myself.." Vic added as he came out of the bathroom. "Have you guys seen Mike by the way?"

"He left to get drinks." Jaime blurted out.

"Tell me how you found out!" I said shaking jaime by his shoulders back and forth.

"Okay, first of all..Damn, you're strong!-"

"Right?!" Sarah added on.

"And second-well, I was in the room, ready to go out and do some stuff, you know, alone time is my time. Right when i was walking towards the door and opening it, I hear Tony on the phone talking about some wedding chapel that I can't surely remember the name of.. I was confused because, why would he be calling them? Then it hit me. He's tying the knot with hannah! I slowly closed the door and that's when I called you. He said it'd happen tomorrow but I couldn't hear what time of the day." And once again, Jaime was panicking again.

"Okay, Jaime calm down!" Sarah says as she made him sit on the bed.

I stood there in shock as he told the story.

So it is true.

"But one this that's bothering me.." Vic said, "who's gunna tell Mike? I mean, you guys can tell he still likes her even though he acts like the bad boy he is and denies it."

"Oh yeah..."

"Yeah, kinda noticed..man, this will crush Mike."

"What will crush me?" Mike said bursting through the door with the drinks.

"I'll tell ya'later.." Sarah said.

He nodded and proceeded to open a drink, corona to be exact.

"Hand me one, I'll need it." I said in desperation.

"Let's just..hang out as a group for the last time this night..you know, since we have to go back tomorrow.." Vic said, changing the subject.

We all agreed and I texted Tony the plans.

Hopefully they show up.
