tyler clutched the straps of his backpack as he shuffled into school. he stopped at his locker, grabbing his math binder for first period.

"morning ty!" a cheery voice rang out.

tyler spun on his heels and smiled at his two friends who stood before him, brendon and ryan.

"what's got you in such a good mood so early?" tyler questioned, toying with the bottom of his skirt.

"i slept really good last night," ryan answered, sharing a smirk with brendon.

"ew, you two are gross."

"what?! i didn't say we did anything!"

"you don't have to. i can just tell."

"he's just jealous," brendon teased.

tyler stuck his pink tongue out at the two of them. "i am not! i'm fine without a boyfriend."

"you always complain that you need good dick," brendon argued, making the brunette blush.

"no i don't!"

"oh, mr. weekes is so hot," ryan imitated in a high-pitched voice, referring to their chemistry teacher.

"i'd tap that so hard," brendon joined in.

"you guys are jerks," tyler grumbled.

the bell rang, sending everyone for their homerooms. unfortunately, brendon and ryan weren't in tyler's. he sighed, giving them a sarcastically large smile before walking off.
