"so... mr. weekes is jealous?" brendon concluded after hearing about the whole affair that happened yesterday.

"i think so!" tyler grinned. "i feel so special."

"trust me, you're special," brendon joked, laughing when the small brunette smacked his arm.

"i'm serious, bren. what if i could use mr. weekes to get mr. dun jealous?"

"he wouldn't get jealous."

"what makes you think that?" tyler scoffed.

"it doesn't seem like he likes you."

"maybe he's good at hiding it."

"yeah," ryan cut in, "like how you were good at hiding that you like me."

"okay, maybe," brendon agreed. "but i doubt he'd do anything with a student."

"i wouldn't be too sure," tyler felt himself smirk. "mr. weekes said he was into something. and he has so many pictures of young guys on his instagram. or am i just getting false hope?"

"false hope," brendon concluded.

"i don't think so," ryan disagreed. "maybe he's playing hard to get."

"exactly, ryan always gets me. you just don't want me to be happy, bren."

"i'm just being realistic," the tallest rolled his eyes.

"well, stop. i can do anything i set my mind too. and right now my mind is set on doing mr. dun."

"tyler!" ryan busted out laughing, gripping onto his boyfriend's arm.

"you're so weird," brendon finally cracked a smile, letting his arm fall around ryan's shoulders.

"he could be my sugar daddy!"

"with what? all the substitute teacher money he makes?" brendon grinned.

"i bet he's got another job!" tyler huffed. "he plays drums. he's probably in a band."

"that's not a job, tyler."

"he would still get paid. and even if he worked at mcdonald's or something, he'd make more money than what i got."

"i'm just saying, the sugar daddy thing is highly unlikely."

"is he even here today?" tyler asked. he hadn't seen the over 6 foot tall man with the bright yellow hair at all today.

"yeah, he's in for some 10th grade teacher."

"well, shit. guess i won't be seeing him today then."

"guess not," ryan shrugged.

the bell sounded, signaling for the friends to wrap things up.

"i'll see you guys at lunch," tyler said quickly before walking off to his fourth period english class.
