Day 2
It seemed as though there was no real group of Careers, but only small alliances--but who was to say that that wouldn't change. Nadia from District 4's main strategy was to outlast the others, so she filled her water bottle that she had found in her backpack in the creek, then she set off to find a good hiding place. Ziva wandered around the edge of the forest, just hidden within the trees. She watched as two tributes, Jane from District 8 and Ariella from District 12, scanned the arena for any food left behind. In Ziva's opinion, they were walking on thin ice standing out in the open like that. And sure enough, Joe from District 8, appeared from behind the cornucopia and attacked the two of them. Jane was able to dodge Joe's attack, but Ariella wasn't so lucky. A cannon blast for the fallen tribute, and Jane hurried away before Joe could take another swing at her. A little while away--almost on the other side of the arena--Tobias from District 12 and Jason from District 11, searched the woods for food--seeing that they had so little. The odds were not in their favor when they ate some poisonous fruit--two cannons blast for the fallen tributes. Trevor from District 5 was hiding by the border of the trees when his fellow tribute from District 5, Ziva, showed up, and seeing that they were both from the same District, they allied and hurried to find good shelter. Aeva from District 11 was found hiding at the top of a tree by Cameron and Carly--both from District 10. Aeva had nowhere to run or hide, so it was easy for Carly to shoot her with her bow and arrow--another cannon blast. When Cameron and Carly returned to the trees to seek shelter, Leslie from District 7--hidden within the trees--shot Carly with her bow and arrow. Not knowing where the arrow had come from, Cameron searched the trees for the attacker, but didn't get very far when Leslie shot him as well--two cannons blast.
There are now only 6 survivors of day 2:
Nadia from District 4
Ziva and Trevor from District 5
Leslie from District 7
Jane and Joe from District 8
