Not having pure Nephillim blood sucks.

Liam can tell that with a father who hates him and who is a constantly reminder of the fact that he was a mistake, a mistake done in a moment of weakness. His father kept telling him that he is not a true Whitewolf, that he is just an abomination, something that stains the name of their dynasty.

Liam hated the fact that he was born with Whitewolf blood in his venis for the fact of all of the hatered brought with all of it. He thinks he should've been raised by his mother's pack after her death, not brought on the stairs of the Barcelona Institute, where Fergus Whitewolf, one of the most ruthless Downworlders killer.

Liam always sees the disgust in his father's and his father's friends eyes everytime he is around them or the whispers of other shadowhunters children everytime he walks on the streets of Allicante. Liam always sees the way the parents drag their children away from him like he is some sort of virus or serial killer they should be afraid of. It pains him. A lot. But he learned to keep it hidden, to not let his feelings to overwhealm him.

For him, it's still a mistery of how he was concepted. It's hard to belive that even drunk, his father slept with a werewolf woman, with the ex-wife of the Barcelona's werewolf pack leader and the same time to cheat on his own wife.

It's sad tho, how his mother died when he was born... It was too much for her body to bear, too much. The angel blood and the demon blood fought inside her body. It's a miracle the fact that he got out alive from his mother's womb. In most of the cases, the children concepted between a Nephillim and a werewolf would die before it's born, provoking spontaneous aborion.

His abuela kept telling him that he is a miracle, that she is lucky to have such a goodhearted and brave grandson like him. He doesen't feel like it, he never did. He is so used with the insults and the beatings from his father, that every beautiful thing that may happen to him seems like a cosmic joke.

Another surprise is the fact that Luna, his step-mother accepted him and treated him as kind as you can treat the thing that is the result of your husband's infidelity. He is lucky that his half-brothers treates him the same way. It makes him feel normal every time they spend time together, even if it was just training some days.

He doesen't remember how this thoughts invided his mind, walking on the streets of Allicante towards the Whitewolf manor. Maybe are just the looks and the whispers that are trown at him, or the rigid, slightely annoying shilouette of his father right next to him. He hates it, he hates it when it happens. He hates when he is escorted like a prisoner to his cell, except that he is escorted to the big fancy manor of the family, close to the Angel's Squear, where is positioned the Accords Hall. Usually the manor are in the county side, but their manor was bulit among the first building in the town and something so ancient needs to be kept where is their originally place, at least that's what his father says every time they need to come in Idris for The Clave's meetings.

"Father, why aren't Brett, Bree and Luna with us? Why do we have to go home just the two of us?", he asks in a little voice, watching his short legs trying to keep up with his father's quick pace, crashing the white silk like, glowing snow.

"Because tonight we have a special dinner at the Keytower's and you are staying home. I'm not risking to let you ashame our family again", Fergus mumbles annoyed by the younger boy's question.

Liam feel a thight knot of anger forming in his stomach. He clenches his tiny fists, feeling the heat invading his face. He squares his jaw, letting the words flow from his mouth before he could stop them or think about the concequences.
