I stared at the ocean, waves rolling. Why of all things did we have to choose water! I wasn't sure if Amy had seen the trickles of blood that came out when I saw her in her bathing suit, but I hoped she hadn't. Maria was handing out wetsuits when Rouge whispered to me.
"You don't have to come."
"Well duh I'm coming!" I whisper-yelled back.
I put on my blue wetsuit and I have to say, Amy looked hot in her pink one. But I guess she looked hot in everything. Knuckles and Silver were building a sandcastle when Shadow walked up to them and stomped on it.
"Time to go." He said.
"Aw, you ruined our castle!" Silver complained.
"Too bad!" Shadow replied.
Everyone was wearing a wetsuit in their respective colour. We walked up to water. I took a deep breath then slowly walked in. My foot was halfway in the water when I panicked and ran out.
"I can't swim!" I yelled.
Amy facepalmed. She grabbed my hand and dragged me into the water.
"Let's go you idiot."
Amy pulled me into the water, I was knee deep when I started yelling. Amy cut me off by placing a kiss on my lips.
"Shut up." She told me.
I remained quiet until I was waist deep then I yelled again. Sudenlly, Amy pulled me underwater. I quickly swam up to the surface, gasping for air.
"Look! You can swim! You just did." She said.
"I can swim! Your right!" I told her.
Amy adjusted my oxygen tank and I dived underwater only to come up at lightning speed.
"It's too scary!" I yelled.
Amy facepalmed again and dragged me under. I shut my eyes tight. A few moments later I opened them. It was quite beautiful underwater, with the fish and coral. Amy was pulling me along. Amy opened her mouth and what sounded like a bunch of bubbles came out. Amy sighed then sent a message to me through her communicator.
"See! It's not scary."
"Yeah, it's not." I replied.
The rest of the gang was swimming in front of us, Amy continued to pull me along until I spotted something shimmering on the sea floor. I let go of her hand and dived down. Amy looked shocked until I sent her a message.
"Don't worry, getting something."
Amy looked much more relieved. I swam to the bottom and grabbed the silver item. It was a necklace shaped like a heart and it was covered in diamonds. They looked real.

I swam back up to Amy and gave her the necklace.
"For you!" I sent the message.
"Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!" She sent back.
She looked extremely grateful. She immediately put it on when the other signaled us to come.
"What took you love hedgehogs so long?" Blaze asked.
Everyone looked at her blankly.
"You know, cause love birds and they are hedgehogs." Blaze explained.
"Just do me a favour and never make a joke again." Rouge replied.
Everyone laughed, or something like that, it's hard to tell underwater. There was a shimmering blue sphere on the ocean floor.
"That must be the water pearl!" Cream exclaimed.
"Yeah right, this was all a trick to get me to come and I played along." Amy said.
I was shocked, how long had she known?
"Still, I'll get it." She added diving down.
She dived down lower and lower until she grabbed the pearl, Sudenlly there was an explosion and the coral reef next to Amy fell on her.
"AMY!!!!" I screamed, not caring about the water flooding my mouth.
I swam towards her and when I got there she was gone. The only thing left was a note.
"Looks like we meet again! Come to this address and hand over yourself. Then you can have your little girlfriend back!
Signed your worst enemy. 🥚"
A/N: Hehe, an egg, sorry for the short and sucky chapter, but I couldn't sleep so I literally wrote this chapter at midnight and finished at 12:13 AM. What's sleep?
Amy: Told you I wouldn't fall for it!
Sonic: Whatever!
Me: Oh, would both of you shut up!
You: ...
