Chapter 17: I missed you!

A/N: No more blood and gore! Awwww... Ummm I mean yay... 

"Amy?" I whispered.

"Sonic?"

I heard a whisper back.

Someone came forward and hugged me. I didn't even recognize her at first. Her pink fur had turned golden and her long hair was floating a bit. She was holding an even LARGER piko piko hammer, if that's even possible.  I broke down in tears.

"Amy! You're alive!" Cream yelled running to hug her.

Everyone surrounded her and I backed away, staying a bit far. I was still shocked. Amy flew over to me.

"Sonic?" She asked.

"I'm sorry! It's my fault you almost died!" I broke down in tears.

Amy silenced me with a kiss.

"I did it to save you, so it's my fault." She admitted.

"I couldn't live without you, I killed Eggman." I told her.

"I couldn't live without you either, that's why I died to save you." She told me. "And who cares if you killed Eggman!?!?"

"I thought you'd think I was a monster!" I said.

"You? A monster? Everyday." She said plainly.

I was shocked.

"Jk." She joked.

I was greatly relieved.

I pulled her into a kiss. It became deep and passionate. I licked the bottom of her lip asking for entrance. She agreed and opened her mouth. Our tongues wrestled for dominance with mine winning. We pulled apart leaving a strand of saliva still connecting us. I wiped it away.

"Well then, if you're done. I was thinking we leave." Blaze said standing directly behind us.

"Yeah yeah, let's go." Amy said.

We left and headed back to the hotel.

Amy P.O.V. 

We were packing up our stuff in the hotel room. I grabbed my song diary and shoved it in my bag. Our golden forms had faded the second we got to the hotel. Then I went outside leaving Sonic still in the room. I sat by the ocean thinking. Was I going to have to go back to my career? I didn't want to leave. Yet my manager had been calling me nonstop. Then an idea came to me. I called my manager.

"Rebecca, yeah, this is Amy Rose."

"Amy honey, when are we resuming the tour?"

"About that. I'm resuming the tour in a week."

"That's great! I'll call the press!"

"No! Wait. I'm getting a new opening act. I'm talking to them right now. I'm about to ask them"

"Who are they?"

"Bye!"

"No amy wai-"

I hung up the phone. I walked back inside to find everyone in the lobby.

"Hey guys? You wanna join me on my tour as the opening act?" I blurted out.

Everyone looked stunned.

"Well duh!!!!" Sonic shouted.

"Totally!" Blaze yelled.

"Waiting for you to see our awesomeness." Shadow said.

"Great! I'll call my manager!" I told them and whipped out my phone.

"Hey Rebecca, I have my opening act."

"Great! Who are they?"

"They're an up and coming rising star! They're ummm."

I paused, I didn't know what their name was!

"Dude-itude!" Knuckles yelled.

"Dreamboat Express!" Tails yelled.

"Love Story!" Sonic said calmly.

Love Story! That was it. I covered the receiver with my hand.

"Everyone good with Love Story?" I asked.

Everyone nodded.

"Their name is Love Story." I said into the receiver.

"That sounds like a real band."

"Well duh!" 

"Alright, buh bye honey!"

She hung up the phone.

"You guys can all sing, right?" I asked.

They laughed.

"For sure!" Knuckles yelled.

"Better than anyone else here." Shadow said.

I laughed.

"I can't wait to continue my dream career with the most important people in my life!" I exclaimed.

I ran up to them and started a big group hug, probably crushing at least 5 people's bones.

"This is going to be so much fun!" Cream yelled and jumped up.
