MARIA: Oops, Flip McKnight, hold it right there!
Flip forces a smile. Who is this?
MARIA: Leave it to your Super Mom to plan an adventure on a fine summer day like this.
FLIP: Mother...but I'm not...
MARIA: Hey, no "buts" and "nots" today -- let's just enjoy the day.
FLIP: Alright...Mom...
The dragon is now Flip McKnight.
EXT. THE SEASHORE – DAY
We see home-cooked cookies and pancakes, a jar of jelly, apples, bananas, peanut butter sandwiches and two bottles of orange juice on the picnic mat.
On the shore, Maria has Flip pinned on his stomach in a tickle fight, wrapping her legs around his right leg as she tickles his bare sole.
Flip is twitching and laughing, careful not to use his real dragon strength.
MARIA: You're no match against the former Eastwood High School wrestling champion.
The dragon in the boy is obviously having so much fun on his first encounter witht Flip's mother.
FLIP: Stop! Mom, I give up!
MARIA: No mercy!
