I feel a pair of arms around me. I open my eyes to see a sleeping Maddox. He looks even more like a god when he is sleeping. His dark hair is covering his face and I can hear him softly snoring. Last night comes to me in flashes and I can't help but smile. I kissed him. Well it kinda lead to more then a kiss but I still kissed him. I wiggle out of his arms and make my way to the kitchen. I get out the pancake mix and let the dogs out when I hear the door. I open the door to see Jezebel with two coffees in her hands. "What are you doing here" "I came to surprise you and we are going shopping so get dressed." "Jezebel it's 9 o'clock in the morning why are we going shopping? You know what never mind sit down I'll go get dressed." I go to my closet and grab a black shirt with a rose on it, my red flannel jacket, and a pair of skinny jeans.

I head back to the living room to see Jezebel laughing. "What are you laughing about?" I said "You're not telling me that you're going out with your hair looking like that?" She said in an amused tone. "Yeah,what's wrong with it?" "Gen I love you but maybe you should tame the mane before we go." "My hair looks fine" "Yeah for someone who just had sex." Wait how does she know that. Shit do I have sex hair?I go and brush my hair before I write a note on the table telling Maddox that I'll be home later. We head out to Jezebel's truck. She is as country is as country gets. "So what's with the sudden shopping day." "Well I thought it would be cool if we had a girls day sense the boys are probably going to hang out later." We get to the mall to find it's not really packed. Right away she takes me to Victoria's Secret. "Come on Gen don't you want to get something nice for Roadkill." "Hey I'm shopping for me not him." I say even though I know I'm also thinking about what he would think I would look good in. In the end I just bought a bra because that shit is expensive.We end up going into like 20 different stores before we went to the food court. When we finish getting our pizza we sit and start talking about anything and everything. She tells me about her family in Texas and I tell her about Jessica and Sarah. We sit and talk for hours before we decide to go back to mine and Maddox's house. Jezebel drops me off because she remembered that she had to help Mitch with something. I walk in to see Maddox on the couch. "Hey McDreamy do you not know what a shirt is?" I say laughing "Well me not wearing a shirt didn't seem to bother you last night, did it princess?" Oh he just went there. I walk over to him and tackle him. We wrestled each other until I fell off the couch. "Ok you win." I say trying to catch my breath. I start to get up when Maddox grabs me and slams me on the couch. He starts to kiss my neck going lower and lower until Apollo and Ryder jump on us. "Cockblokers" He mutters. I couldn't help but burst out laughing. He gets off of me and and helps me up. We spend the rest of the afternoon sitting on the couch binge watching Netflix. I check my phone to see it's 8:00. I look over at Maddox to see that he is sound asleep. I lean over kiss him. When I pull back I hear him mumble disappointedly. "I have to go to work. I can't stay with you all day." I whisper. I get up and start walking to the room when I feel myself being pulled back. "Maddox I'm being serious I have to go." I say turning to him. "Fine" He says letting go. Before I can go far he spins me around and places a kiss on my lips. "Stop stalling" I turn on my heels and run to the room before he can catch me. I close the door and lock it. I grab some clothes out the closet and I walk into the living room to see Maddox putting on his jacket. "Where are you going mister?" "I'm taking you to work. Oh and princess you should wear those jeans more often." He says winking at me. I walk in the garage, grab the spare helmet, and jump on the back of the bike. When we get to the bar Maddox parks and goes inside with me. Later that night It wasn't a very busy day at work. We had the usuals but that's it. It's still only 11:00 so there is still time. The girls are all over me saying how Maddox is so gorgeous. He is talking to some of the bouncers. Man I hope more people show up I haven't gotten many tips tonight. Coincidentally a large group of guys walk in. I recognize the man in the front of them as the guy who showed up at Maddox's house a month ago. I gave Maddox a worried look but he gave me a reassuring glance when he walks past me. I see them walk to the corner of the club and sit down. This can't be good.
