I wish it would stop
I can't think straight
The noises are too loud
There's too much going on
Nothing makes sense

Thoughts are backwards
My mind can't keep up
I wish it would just shut up
I can't breath
My head hurts
My leg won't stop shaking
I feel so sick
There's too much noise
Too many people
Touching me
Around me
Too many people
Too much noise
Just calm down
Just stop thinking
You're just overreacting
Slow down
My mind just won't stop going
Please make it stop!
