Finn's POV
So I told Noah everything. I told him about the day that I first met Jack. I told him about the Loser's Club. I told him about how I had a crush on Jack from the moment I laid eyes on him. Fuck, I even told him about the Halloween party and our stay in the hospital. It felt so good to finally talk to my best friend about everything that has happened in the last year. The only thing that I omitted was Jaeden and Wyatt running off. I didn't want Noah to think that I was a bad person for not stopping it.
As the night wore on, I finally started to really smile forgetting about my asshole of a father. I felt like I could be myself around Noah; I felt happy when I was with him, I always have. Don't get me wrong, Jack is still my baby boy and always will be. I could never feel the way that I feel about Jack with anyone else.
"Sounds like you have had an eventful year, Finnlard," Noah says once I have finished my excruciatingly long story. I laugh, agreeing.
"Yeah, well, if things went any differently I might not be with Jack right now."
"Wait. Did you just call him Finnlard?" Jack asks Noah curiously.
"Yeah, I've always called him that," Noah replies to the beautiful boy sitting across from him.
"How come you never told me that Finnie?" Jack asks me cracking his knuckles nervously.
"Because I love when you call me Finnie, Jackie. It's more intimate." He blushes and I give him a kiss on the forehead causing him to giggle.
The three of us talk for a little while longer before we decide to go to sleep. Jack and I were going to sleep in the guest bedroom. We got up and said goodnight to Noah as we headed off to our room getting undressed and hopping into the covers cuddling like we are so accustomed to doing. Before long, Jack and I are asleep, his head in the crook of my shoulder.
The next morning, I jump out of bed forgetting where I was for a moment. When I remember, I sit back down on the bed and slowly rock Jack awake giving him a light kiss. He stirs awake and smiles giving me a kiss in return. For a split second, I contemplate who he is, then it dawns on me that this is my beyond amazing boyfriend. I sit up on the bed and pull out my phone. None of my other friends know that I am here yet.
Conversation with Jack, Noah, Millie, Sadie, Gaten, and Caleb
Me: Sup bitches! Guess who's in town?!
Millie: Oh my god!! Finn, are you really in Boston??????
Me: Yep!!! Staying with Noah since my dad is a fuckin asshole.
Millie: And when were you gonna tell me??
Me: Uh, like, right now..?
Millie: You're just as sarcastic as ever. Anyway, who's the random number in this chat?
Me: Oh, my boyfriend, Jack! He's here with me.
Me: Say hi Jack!
Jack: Hi Jack
Me: Jackie, you are such a dork.
Millie: OMG, you guys are soooooooooooo cute. When can I meet this Jackie?
Me: Today? Wanna grab lunch, all of us? I mean if anyone else feels like answering.
Sadie: Sorry, didn't want to interrupt the reunion but I'm down with lunch.
Gaten: ^^
Caleb: ^^
Noah: ^^
Me: Great!!!! See ya'll soon! Can't wait!
Jack: Can't wait to meet everyone!
I put down my phone and looked over at Jack who looked a little nervous. I grabbed his hand and we both made our way to Noah's room. He was lying on his bed playing with his phone. I jumped on his bed and started tickling him knowing that that is his weak spot.
"Stop Finn!! S-stop!" he screamed stuttering. I finally gave in and laid right next to him. We both started laughing hysterically, almost like I had never left. Jack eventually joined in. I was so immersed in Noah though that I didn't notice the single tear running down my Jackie's gorgeous face.
Jack's POV
I don't know what my problem is. Why the fuck do I get jealous so easily for no fucking reason. I guess I just want all of Finn's attention, which sounds pathetic but it's so true because I love him, even more than I love myself. Fuck!
Later on in the day, Finn, Noah, and I went to lunch with his friends. We just went to McDonald's. We decided to walk as it wasn't very far away from Noah's house. As soon as we arrived, I noticed that two girls and two boys were standing outside the entrance. Immediately, one of the girls, the one with short brown hair, ran in a full sprint to meet us engulfing Finn and the most dramatic hug I have ever seen.
"Hey Millie," Finn said greeting the girl after they let go of each other, "this is my boyfriend Jack."
"Hi Jack," she said to me holding out her hand. I hesitantly grabbed it. "Come on guys, let's go eat. I'm starving."
We all agreed and walked in the restaurant. Once we ordered and grabbed our food, the seven of us grabbed a long table in the corner.
"So, how has LA been," one of the boys asked, Gaten I think.
"Good," Finn starts, "I have a lot of new friends and an amazing boyfriend who means the world to me. It's been eventful that's for sure." They all nod and Finn proceeds to tell them the same story that he told to Noah eliciting some gasps. The room grows quiet when he tells them about his asshole father. When Finn finishes the story, Sadie, the redhead, pipes up.
"I think I know how to get back at your dad, Finn."
