May 2nd - Yugyeom's P.O.V

Walking up the driveway, I approach our dorm after a tiresome day of work at the studio; as I enter the building, I'm met with Jackson who's face is full of excitement.
"I've missed you Yugieee" he whined before engulfing me into a hug; blushing, I hug him back.
"I missed you too shorty" I chuckled as I ruffled his hair.

"I'm not short, my legs are just stumpy" he huffed, trying to look angry. "They're like elephant legs."

Chuckling, I pat his head, looking him in the eyes. "Your legs are fine Hyung, and I like your shortness."

"You pabo" Jackson mumbled.

"What was that sir?" I raise my eyebrow at him smirking.

"I said let's go to the amusement park" he smiled innocently up at me.

"Of course, you did" I replied but agreed to go.

"Where is Maysa" he asked curiously.

"Daeni and her went out earlier; she had to get flowers for her eomma's grave since today is the day she passed. It's been 8 years."

Instantly he pouted in response. "I forget that was today. Maybe the amusement park would be a good way to keep her mind from thinking about it."

Nodding, I take out my phone to dial her number. A few rings in her voice can be heard through the line.

"Yes Jagiya?" she spoke softly, her voice slightly shaky.

"Would you like to go out today with Jackson and I? We want to help cheer you up but only if you're okay." I softly said to her.

"I would like that" sniffles were heard as she answered but I could sense a small smile forming on her face.

"Alright, we'll leave in a bit to pick you up Jagi" I said before hanging up.

At the cemetery

Pulling up outside the fenced off cemetery, I spotted Maysa knelt on the grass in front of an old, slightly chipped gravestone; Daeni was nowhere in sight so I assumed she had made her way home. Leaving Jackson in the car, I quietly exit the running car and walk up the gravelled road running through the cemetery. Approaching Maysa, I take this moment to look more closely at the gravestone; the name Jae Nayeon was written on it along with the years "1981-2013". The bottom of the gravestone was covered in dozens of bouquets of cheap, plastic flowers whose colors were faded from exposure to the weather conditions; there were also bouquets of flowers that were long dead, their petals fallen off and covering the ground. On top of the previously placed flowers was a freshly placed bouquet of violets.

"Are you okay Jagiya?" I asked softly as I knelt beside her, rubbing my hand along her back. Sniffling, she nuzzled her face into my shoulder.

"Yugyeom, I miss her. She was only 32, she died too soon." Her breathe hitched as her tears start to fall again. "I can't help but to feel like it was all my fault."

Gently placing my hand under her chin, I lift her face up to look her in the eyes. "Maysa, it wasn't your fault. You couldn't have known the accident was going to happen."

"Sometimes I wish it could have just been me instead, that's what my father would have wanted" she mumbled under her breath but not quite enough to go unnoticed.

"She wouldn't have wanted that though. No mother wants to lose their daughter. And if you had died, I wouldn't of meet you." I spoke softly brushing her hair behind her ear before standing up and holding my hand out to her.

"Let's go Jagiya, Jackson is waiting in the car and we have a whole day planned ahead of us." A small but sincere smile formed on her face as she reached up to grab my hand, helping her up off the ground. However, right before stepping into the car I swore I could see a dark figure in the corner of my eye that I could only assume might have been watching us. Shaking the thought off, I got into the running car.

Pulling away from the cemetery, I take a glance in the side rear-view mirror; standing in front of the grave was a tall figure hovering over the bouquet that Maysa had placed, before putting their own bouquet.

Amusement Park

After a long car ride of bantering along with music filling the small car, we finally arrived at the amusement park. Maysa's eyes twinkled with excitement as she scanned the area before her eyes landed on a single game, or more importantly the giant stuffed Kumamon that was just waiting for someone to come win it and give it a loving home.

"Oppa!" she exclaimed as she clung onto my arm, looking at me with big silver blue puppy dog eyes that sparkled in the sunlight. Chuckling, I paid the worker at the game and took the gun; confidently aiming it at the target, I pulled the trigger. I only managed to get 1 out of 3 targets.

"Yugyeom Oppa, it's okay if you can't do it" She giggled at my multiple failed attempts; thankfully, right then I managed to get all the targets, knocking over the 3 cans.

"Congrats you won!" the worker said. "Which prize would you like?"

"Kumamon!" Maysa squealed in excitement. Smirking, I ruffled her hair raspberry hair before taking the stuffed kumamon from the man. Instantly, she took it from my arms and ran towards Jackson, who was approaching us.

"Oppa won me a kumamon!" she exclaimed, hugging him tight. "His name is Lil Meow Meow." Jackson smiled down at her excitement; lots of things have changed since the accident, specifically Jackson being more loving, and thankfully we've all been more open with each other about our feelings. He still hasn't fully regained the former amount of trust we had in him, but he is getting there. Almost losing someone important teaches you to not take things for granted.

"Who wants to go on the Ferris Wheel with me?" Jackson spoke, pulling me out of my trance I didn't realize I was in.

"Not me, heights aren't my thing" Maysa said softly. "You two can go. Daeni is around somewhere so I can find her to keep me company."

"You sure Jagiya?" I asked.

"Yes silly" she chuckled, playfully hitting my arm. "Go have fun." Before I could answer, Jackson was pulling my arm in excitement;

After waiting in the line up for the Ferris Wheel for what seemed like an eternity under the scorching rays from the sun, we finally reached the front of the line. Settling into the booth, the Ferris Wheel started to slowly move.

"You know I love you right?" Jackson spoke up, disrupting myself from looking out at the scenery underneath us.

"Of course." I answered with a smile; he moved closer, tenderly placing his hand on my cheek as he shifted his body weight before interlocking our lips together. My body instantly reacting as my arms stretched out to wrap around his neck, one hand slowly intertwining in his slightly shaggy blonde hair which clearly needed a touch up due to the dark roots that had grown out. The sweet kiss has escalated to more of a heated kiss, curious hands started to wonder around.

The kiss was disturbed however, due to the fact the ride was slowing down meaning it was time to get off; pulling away, I gasped for air as my face heated up noticing the operator of the Ferris Wheel and the crowd in the line up staring at us.

"Shit, we've been caught" Jackson chuckled nervously as he got off the ride and some fans who happened to be there started screaming, along with the flashes of some cameras.
