This story is a couple years back in time for Tess and Jermaine around holiday season, freshly dating no kids yet it's gonna be a short one leave comments lemme know how you like it!

Tess

"Jermaine where are you?" I snapped as soon as he picked up the call.

"Jeez—hello to you too," he chuckled.

"Don't even play with me right now, ain't shit funny."

"I'm on my way home, who pissed in ya cereal this morning?" he said light heartedly.

"Bye," I hung up the phone.

We were flying out in a couple hours because we were spending thanksgiving break with our families. We were gonna fly out to LA and spend three days at my mom's then by Wednesday night we were flying to the Ville where we were gonna spend the actual day with his family.

I was running around trying to make sure our bags were packed and he'd been gone all day. This was my first time bringing a boyfriend home so I was a little nervous to say the least.

Just as I closed my suitcase, the door to our bedroom opened and Jermaine let himself in with a smile on his face.

"Nah don't smile at me—" I mumbled.

"Babyyyyyy," he smirked as he walked towards me and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"You said you was gonna be home by 1, Cole it's almost 4 we have to leave in an hour—" I folded my arms across my chest and felt him start to kiss up on my neck.

"Shhh relax... I just gotta throw some sweatpants and shirts and underwear in my bag and we good to go," he kissed my forehead.

I stared at him and blinked. "You not wearing sweatpants to my mama house, we having dinner with the whole family...."

"But they comfy," he pouted like a baby.

"You're not meeting my mom looking like you going to the gym or lounging around... I packed your bag I put sweatpants and jeans and two dress shirts in there—"

"You ain't have to pack for me," his lips formed into a smile.

"You weren't picking up the phone and you came home three hours late so I had no choice.... You better had been caught up somewhere important---" I frowned and he scratched the back of his neck looking guilty. "Man whatever," I kissed my teeth, "just get your ass ready to go."

"Hol up—" he said frowning and pulling me close by the waist. He started kissing up my neck again, this time lightly sucking. "check yourself babygirl... who you talking to like that?"

I couldn't help but smile when he said that, he knew exactly how to turn me on. "I'm talking to you," I tried to say with a straight face.

"Nah you not," he mumbled against my lips before slowly bringing his to mine in a sweet kiss.

I playfully rolled my eyes at him, "whatchu gonna do about it?"

"Bend over on this bed and I'll show you," he smacked my ass.

"We have a flight to catch Cole," I laughed at him, "we can't do this right no—"

"I didn't ask you nothing Tess, I said bend that ass over." He said through gritted teeth.

Jermaine

I looked down at Tess and smiled to myself, home girl was knocked out. I really let her have it. So, we missed our flight but I was able to get us one out just a lil bit later. We made it to the airport and as soon as we boarded the plane Tess fell asleep. Shit, I was just happy she wasn't pissed at me and snapping at me no more.

Just as we were getting ready for landing I patted her side and she woke up. "Damn," she rubbed her eyes. "how long was I out for?"

"The whole flight, you a mess baby—" I laughed at her.

She rested her head on my shoulder, "well it's your fault..." she mumbled, "please watch your mouth around my family... and like they crazy religious so don't say nothing too—"

I just looked at her as she spoke, "I will be on my best behaviour come on now T,"

She nodded, "mkay.... My family's like conservative too you can't be feeling up on me and shit—and theydontknowwe'relivingtogether—"

"Wait whatchu say???"

She sighed, "I didn't know how to tell my mom and when it came up I just said I moved in with the girls..... just—don't tell them please,"

"Tess I ain't gon lie to your family," I frowned, "what, you ashamed of me or something?" I asked her. I was confused.

"No—of course not, you know that..." she took my hands and played with them trying to soften me up.

"Nah quit that soft shit—why you didn't tell me until now? We're literally getting there in like ten minutes, and you thought now was the best time to tell me?"

"I'm sorry baby," she leaned up and pecked me. "I'll tell them this trip I swear—just give me time,"

I sighed and nodded looking down at her. We were brought up differently I guess, I was still irritated as fuck that she didn't say nothing. At the end of the day, I wanted to do good and make a good impression on her family.
