Ming's POV

I was meaning to go to Kit's dormitory early this morning to return his ID but I had to do some errands so I had to postpone it until later in the morning.

I couldn't help but smile whenever I remember the look on his face when I mentioned about the good night kiss.

He was horrified and slammed the door.

Well.

He was becoming the source of my entertainment.

I didn't know his number so I couldn't tell him that I found his ID.

I went to their department as soon as I arrived in school. Their department was so big that I didn't know where to start on locating him.

I have thought of calling Yo.

"Hey, Yow. " I greeted him.

"Hello handsome friend, " Yo said sarcastically.

"I know right, " I said confidently.

"What do you want? " he asked impatiently.

"Can you please ask where Pha is?" I told him.

"Why?" he inquired.

I got his attention . A fool in love. I commented.

"I need to find someone, "

"Who? " he continued to inquire.

"What are you his wife? Oops, I forgot you are. Hehe" I teased him.

I heard him growl. "He's in a class, "

"Which one? " I continued to bombard him with my questions.

"Why do you want to know? " he was suspicious.

"Why do you keep answering my questions with questions too? " frustrated, I asked.

"I don't know the room number but I think he mentioned he will be in the bio lab building, " finally I sighed.

"Thanks, " I said happily. "I'll tell Pha, you said I love you. "

I ended the call before he could respond.

My phone vibrated, a text from Yo.

Don't or else.. He warned.

Of course, I won't. Then I walked to look for the building. I don't know what their status is but I will not mess it up.

I displayed a big smile when I saw some female med students walking by. "Hi, " I greeted them charmingly.

"Mr. Moon, " one of them exclaimed.

I pretended to be embarrased about it, "Can you tell me which one is the bio-lab building?" I asked.

"Just go straight, it's the the building next to this. " the woman replied.

"Thank you, " I said.

"We can guide you the way, if you want. " I heard one of them offered.

"It's okay, I don't want to trouble you." I winked at them for which they giggled.

I walked away before they could say anything.

I headed towards the direction they pointed. It was relatively small so I am glad it won't be difficult to find him.

I checked every room on the first floor but most them are vacant.

I went up to the second floor and I'm close to giving up when I finally saw Beam inside a room at the end of the hallway.

It was a two-door room, one at the front and one at the back. Luckily, I was at the back, so no one had noticed I was checking them out. And I can definitely take my time to search.

He was neither with Kit nor Pha though.

I kept on scanning the room thoroughly to find for him.

There you are.

For a fleeting moment, I was overjoyed. I couldn't fathomed it. I was elated, only to feel disheartened in the end when I saw him all smiles with the person beside him.

He was sitting side by side with Ice. Their department's moon representative this year.

He was kind and easy to get along with. He was smart and a gentleman.
He was actually the runner up to getting this year's title.

I just got lucky, I guess.

I suddenly felt threatened.

Threatened of what? confused I asked myself.

I feel so irritated that he was grinning from ear to ear to him but with me he doesn't even smirk.

I sneaked into the room and settled to an empty chair by the door. I kept on watching him. They were so close their shoulders were touching.

They were seriously busy with doing something on the internet when kit burst out laughing and Ice followed suit.

Which made the class turned to see what they were up to.

Mr. New, warned them and they both halted at once.

It was my first time to see him laughed that hard. He seemed to be really having a good time.

And you weren't the reason. A voice inside me.

I felt a sudden pang in my heart when I saw him gave his phone to Ice.

Ice dialed something then showed it to Kit. He appeared to be careless, he took his phone and pressed something.

Then Ice took his phone out and he asked Kit to have a better look at it afterwards.

Kit gave the impression of not giving any care but he was pleased at what he saw.

I was so pissed for reasons I couldn't come to comprehend.

He wasn't even aware that I'm here. He seemed so oblivious of what was going on around just because he was with Ice.

I need to get his attention even if it means annoying him.

By hook or by crook, HE IS MINE. AND. I. GUARD, WHAT'S. MINE.

Wait, did I just say "mine"? He was perplexed. Since I met him, I'm feeling something I couldn't explain.

My series of thought were interrupted by Mr. New.

"Do you have any questions? " I heard their teacher say.

Suddenly, I pressed my lips together forming a smile -An idea flashed on my mind.

I raised my hand.

"Yes? " the professor, curious to what I have to ask.

Some turned their heads on me, I looked at him. He was busy putting his things back to his bag.

"I want to know.. " I paused. Looking at him, still not turning his head "do you think Mr. Kit will say yes if I ask him to go out on a date with me? "

I heard the class cheered.

He looked at me and I gave him a huge grin.
