Chapter 8

Amy's POV

It finally dawned on me where we were when Chris stopped the cars engine.

There was an awkward silence as we stopped laughing.

"So this has been fun..." Chris trailed of unsure of what to say.

"Yeah it has been great, we should do it again"

"Sure ok"

"Ummm so I should probably go now.." I said opening the car door.

"Amy wait.." Chris said holding my arm.

I turned to look at him as he leaned in and kissed me.

We pulled away blushing and I got out the car.

"So I'll call you sometime?" Chris said

"Sure. See you Chris" I said as I walked to my house.

Amy's POV

I walked into the house as I heard Chris' car pull away.

Smiling to myself I walked upstairs after locking up the house as Olly was in bed.

I knew Georgia would still be up waiting for a text so I plugged my phone into its charger and texted her.

A- hey G. Date went great. We kissed too! x

I got a reply within seconds.

G- Brilliant! so happy for you guys! I'll drop by tomorow around 11 and well talk yeah? x

A- sounds great, see you then x

I turned of my phone and got into a huge jumper that belonged to Olly and some tiny shorts for bed. I couldn't be bothered to wash my hair so I put it in a messy bun and went to bed.

Chris' POV

I drove away from Amy's house smiling.

She had kissed me back which meant she liked me too!

When I got home the lights were still on I'm the living room so I guessed Inez had stayed up to hear about the date.

She pounced on me as soon as I got through the door.

"How was the date?"

"Did you have fun?"

"Did you guys kiss?" she said wiggling her eyebrows.

"Woah slow down. The date was great we talked all night. I had loads of fun and yes for your information we did kiss but that's none of your business really!" I said tickling her waist.

"Oi get of... can't breathe" Inez gasped and I released her.

"Chris and Amy kissed chris and Amy kissed" she sang running around the house.

Man she is so annoying sometimes but I love her.
