Chapter 13

Amy's POV

I had been to Chris's house before but never inside it. It was amazing. The drive way was huge leading to a huge wooden front door.

The inside hallway had white walls and a glass mirror cut into pieces shining a rainbow coloured light on the opposite wall.

On the other end if the corridor was what appeared to be the kitchen. We walked down and into it. It also had white walls but with a row of black tiles around the middle.

"Inez we're home, get down here!" I heard Chris shout as he ran upstairs. Then there was a thud and a scream.

I looked at Georgia but she didn't notice she was too busy watching the tv in the adjoining living room because someone had left friends on the tv.

I heard footsteps coming down the stairs and saw Chris with a somewhat grumpy looking person who I guessed was Inez.

Inez was wearing a plain black short sleeved tank top and some blue baggy jogging bottoms. Her hair was in a messy bun and she looked like she had been asleep when we got here.

"Inez meet Amy and Georgia" Chris said smiling.

"Hey I'm Inez. Sorry about my appearance. I can look better than this but it really doesn't help when your brother," she shot a look at Chris " rolls you out of bed"

"hi I'm Amy and this is Georgia' I said reaching forward and shaking her hand.

Just then chris' phone started ringing. "Excuse me I have to take this" he said giving me a quick hug then walking away pulling Inez's hair bobble out as he went causing her hair to go mad.

"I swear to god I will kill him one day" Inez said glaring at her brother as he walked away smirking.

Inez's POV

I turned back to face Georgia and Amy. From what I could tell Amy was really nice and she was very pretty with curly brown hair reaching her elbows and brown eyes. I could see what Chris sees in her.

"So would you guys like a drink?" I asked getting some glasses out of one of the cupboards.

"Sure I could use a drink" Georgia said looking over at Amy.

"Me too please" she said.

"So what would you like?" I asked.

"Can I have a coke please" they said at the same time. God that was weird.

"Um yeah sure hold on I just need to get it out of the freezer" I said walking out into the garage.

Amy's POV

As Inez left Chris walked back in. He looked a bit pale and shocked so I immediately went over to him and sat down next to him on the sofa.

"Chris what's up?" I asked concerned rubbing his back.

"They want me back in the studio next week." He said quietly.

"Ok for how long?" I asked kind of scared to hear the answer.

"Five months" he whispered.
