Quanae P.O.V

I've been trying my hardest not to let the fight between Lauren and Dj get to me. Of course I always had to play Captain save Ms. Hoe and it always came to bite me right back in the ass. When we got home, Dj stayed locked up in the bedroom, not even letting me sleep with him. It's been three days, and i've been on the couch.

"Come on lil D. Let's get you fed then we're going to go find you a couple outfits. How does that sound sweetie?" I asked Donovan as if he could respond. I looked at him as if he was my baby. As it already is, he doesn't have a mother.

"Tish just called, she wanna see Donovan. I'ma take him over there in about an hour, can you have him ready?" Dj came out of no where. He sort of frightened me but I shook it off.

"You haven't talked to me in three days, but your asking me to do something? You haven't noticed your son for three days, but now you want to?" I looked at him with a frown awaiting his response. He just turned around and went back into the bedroom, this time leaving the bedroom wide open. I rolled my eyes and got the can of baby food to feed lil D.

"Open wide for mommy." I did the little chu chu train then dipped the small baby spoon into Donovan's mouth. He smiled, showing nothing but gums. He was so handsome. Once he tasted he clapped his hands like any other goofy baby. "It's good isn't it?" I tickled his little tummy and he threw the food up on me. "Uh? Uh? Nu uh Donovan. You lucky mommy still in her pj's." I joked.

Once I was finished feeding him, I got up to shower him. I cleaned him up neatly, then put on his all blue polo shirt, with a white horse, his polo fishermen's hat to go with it, some khaki shorts and some blue polo shoes. This was one of the many outfits we picked at the mall.

"You look so cute baby." I kissed his forehead, then snapped a few pictures of him for Instagram and saved on as my unlock home screen.

I put him in his bouncer and went into the room to find Dj laid out on the bed. "Donovan in their in the bouncer, keep an eye out for him Dj. I'm getting in the shower, because i'm going with." I informed him before I started taking everything off to get in the shower.

"What you mean you going with? Never mind, you can go. I'm just dropping him off anyways." He shrugged then went back to watching tv. I rolled my eyes then headed to the shower.

Once I was out, I returned to the bedroom to find Dj in the same spot but with Donovan laying with him. I smiled because he was finally interacting with HIS son. I went to the closet to find a outfit for today. It was warm so I settled for a gray halter top, that stopped right above my belly button, a light pink skirt in which the visible part stopped at mid thigh, and the see through part stopped around my ankles. I settled for some matching pink heels, a gold body necklace, and some diamond studs.

I looked in the mirror for something to do with my hair. I settled for a twisted bun leaving my bangs out. I put on matching pink lipstick and eye shadow.

"You dressed like you going out or some shit." Dj commented from the bed. I turned around and looked at him.

"Really? Can you say something like, you look beautiful? Maybe I should go to the club. " I shrugged then turned around to make sure everything was in place. I ended everything with spraying some Bath & Body Works perfume.
