(Unedited)

Gathering himself Alpha Gabriel stands looking towards me, I stay silent waiting. Unexpectedly he kneels down looking into my eyes gently.

"Lets get you back to the pack house. It's much warmer and there are much softer beds." He smiles slightly and I hesitantly nod with no other option, wondering how I'll get there if I don't know how to walk.

My question is soon answered. " I will carry you." I pause at that looking towards him. The thought of being so close to someone who could easily crush me in a second scared me and he noticed that. "I won't hurt you, it is only for a few minutes until we reach the pack house." he pleads with me unlike an Alpha should. I can't just trust this man, at any moment he could turn on me and inflict any kind of pain he wants.

Noticing that i am still unsure he sighs and I think he's mad with me, he leaves the room and I'm left in silence, nothing to do and nowhere to go. I have no choice but to trust the one person who could hurt me.

He walks back through the door with some kind of chair smiling in triumph, but this chair is different, it has wheels and handles on the back.

"You can sit on this and I will push you there." Finally I agree and nod silently fear crawling in.

The sun is high in the sky, lighting up the world under it, I feel it warming my skin as Alpha Gabriel wheels me in the direction of the pack house. We pass many pack members outside of small houses, children play out the front, while parents watch peacefully, watching this I find myself calmed, content. This pack may not be as I thought, though the Alpha must be the strong cruel one, he must allow for his pack members to live peacefully and with this thought I find myself longing for the same kind of constant safety.

Arriving at the pack house the Alpha lifts the chair up by the arm rests past the steps and onto the porch, before I can even protest his sent surrounds me, it distracts me slightly and I wonder why. Wheeling over the bump of the threshold shakes me from my state and I notice many people passing through the house, some noticing me and others too busy.

"Alpha Gabriel who is this?" an old man, asks leaning forward. "What beautiful hair and eyes you have child." he states. Fearful I lean away as far as I can turning my face in the opposite direction avoiding contact with the man. He frowns confused.

"My mate, you dimwitted old man." The Alpha growls out after noticing my reaction. The man shocked leans back and bows low embarrassed, quickly scurrying away.

Alpha Gabriel takes me to a room on the first floor, it's to the back of the building. He opens it and I am hit with a wave of his sent. The room is immaculately clean and everything in it is black or white. There is a window on the far end of the room across from the door framing the woods making it look somewhat like a painting. A gigantic bed sits in the middle of the room with beautiful blankets neatly laid across it and I find the the big fluffy pillows calling to me as if asking me to lay on them. Two doors sit opposite the bed and I find myself wanting to explore them.

"You need sleep, I will get someone to wake you for dinner." He says, wheeling me over to the bed. The sad, concerned man I saw earlier gone. I can't tell if he's frustrated, with me or not.

I cautiously crawl off the chair to the bed, it's soft and dips with my weight, as I lay my head on the pillow I feel as though I am floating on air. I am out like a light in seconds distrust out of my mind as exhaustion catches up with me.

"Luna, Luna" Hurriedly I scrabble away to the other side of the bed in fear. A Girl stands on the opposite side and looks at me surprised.
