I opened the door to my house and realized the majority of people had already left. I search for my friends but I don't see them, so I assume they were in my room, I walk up the spiral staircase, each step I took, the larger my headache became. I was ready to hit the hay, and never think of this night again. I reached my room and opened it, inside Wisteria, Jayden and Gerald crowded around a phone.

I hear a  familiar voice scream out, "holy shit! That hurt like a bitch!" I furrowed my brows and walked over to their semicircle. "Hey, yo look at this." I glanced down at the phone, it was the whole altercation with Arizona and Colton. My eyebrows shot up, "Wait who filmed this?" Jayden laughed, "I have no idea but this is awesome, some total girl power action going on." She put her black, curly hair in a pony tail. I rolled my eyes, poor Colton, this was gonna be on the internet forever.

Colton.
I closed my eyes and quickly pushed him out of my mind.

"So where's Luke and Arizona?" I ask plopping myself in the bed next to Gerald. "I think they're in the bathroom fixing Arizona's hand." He replies letting out a quick laugh. I rolled my eyes, never in my life would I have expected my friends to be like this, a small smile crept onto my lips, I'm glad I met them.

"Hey uh, Freya?" Wisteria almost whispers. I look up to meet her concerned gaze. "Yeah?" She bites her lip and breaks eye contact, "Luke's kind of pissed that you ran after him." I looked down and fiddled with my fingers. "Oh. I guess that was to be expected." My voice small. She quickly nods, "I'm sure it'll work out though." She flashes a hopeful smile. I appreciate it.

We all lay down on my king sized bed and look up at my ceiling the lights were dimmed so the sick on, glow in the dark stars were slightly radiating their green color. I looked over to my friends Gerald had his eyes closed and wisteria and Jayden were cuddling, I smiled. I truly, from the bottom of my heart, hope it works out for them; Wisty never had the best luck in relationships, most of the girls shes dated were confused and just used her to test out how dating a girl was like, they all left her heartbroken. I hope Jayden was different, I want her to be happy.

"Yooooo!" Arizona bust in through the door, "we kicked everyone out." She grinned, my eyes made their way to her bandaged hand, from far away it even looked swollen. Luke stepped in from outside and made his way next to Arizona who was already at the foot of the bed. He stared at the ground not daring to look at me. Tension filled the air and Gerald let out an awkward cough.

"Hey can we talk?" I quickly got up and tried to get Luke to look at me. He looked down at my feet, nodded, and left the room with me following.

We sat on one of the couches of the rec room, which was across the hall from my room. It was just far enough that our friends wouldn't be able to eavesdrop. "You went after him." He states. I look up into his eyes, they were hurt. "I had to." I reply looking away again. "Why?" I chewed the inside of my lip, why did I go after him? I really didn't know, I just felt like I had to. "I don't know." I reply honestly. "How can you not know?" He questions becoming exasperated. I really don't know how to reply so I just say, "Something just told me I had to." He rolls his eyes and let's out a bitter laugh, "of course you would pick him." What was that supposed to mean. "I didn't pick him." I reply taken aback. "By going to him instead of staying with us, you made your choice clear." My mouth drops, anger begins to course through me and I beginning to raise my voice, "He just got punched in the nose for fucks sake."

He blinked a few times, surprised that I shouted at him, "okay." I was far too angry to accept an 'okay." "Really? That's all you have to say huh?" He mutters something under his breath as a response but I couldn't hear him. "What?" I prodded ready to fight, "I'm sorry." He repeats louder this time, "I was out of line." He looks back into my eyes, now they were unreadable. I, again, didn't know how to reply so I said what he said early, "okay." He offers a kind smile, "I don't want to fight with you." I softened my gaze and relaxed, "I'm sorry too," I sigh, "for yelling."

"Are we good now?" I smile and nod. He leans in and kisses me, we were definitely good now.
