Chapter 1

Tonight is going to be one of the best nights of my life, me Constantine Adams and my two best friends Makayla and Bella are going to Ethan Carter's Halloween party. Ethan Carter is not just some guy, he's good looking , popular , captain of the football team ,and let me not forget he's rich .

While I was putting on my vampire costume I heard my bedroom door knock ,when I opened the door I saw Makayla walk in with the best witch costume I have ever seen .

"Kay, you look amazing!" I said, as I gave her a hug.

She blushed and said "thanks ,come on we have to go pick up Bella."

"ok ,ok I'm coming."I said while putting on my heels .Me and Makayla were walking to her silver car when we saw Jessica giving us a dirty look .She never really liked us I don't know if it's because I used to bully her in 9th grade or if it's because Bella recently broke her brother's heart . It took us about ten minutes to get to Bella's house .When we got there, she didn't say Hi like her usual self ,I was about to ask what was wrong but Makayla mouthed " leave it alone." When we got to the party Bella ran out the car as if someone was waiting for her ,me and Makayla got out seconds later .We walked in to the party and immediately got taken in by the music .After dancing for what seemed like forever ,we got some drinks but for some reason my mind kept wondering where Bella could be.

I came back to reality when Makayla said " hey, what's wrong you not enjoying the party?"

"No it's not that it's just I'm wondering where Bella could be ?It's not like her just to leave without us having any knowledge of where she is."

"She just needs some space." After she said that I started to wonder if she knew something about Bella that I didn't .They have actually been hanging out more these past few weeks because I have college prep classes. But they wouldn't keep anything from me ......right?

Makayla's P.O.V

Should I tell Constantine or not , I mean I've been friends with her longer than Bella's .She deserves to know the truth .I hate knowing secrets that has to do with my friends.

After arguing with myself , I walked over to the drink section and drank as much as I could . I was going to go dance my life away but some guy knocked me down.

"Oh, I'm sorry didn't see you there " a guy with blonde hair and blue eyes said to me.

"No problem anytime" I saw him laugh a little than I realized what I had said .

"No , not like that what I was trying to say was .....you see I meant ."

He cut me off and said " it's ok , I'll forgive you if you dance with me. "

"Deal" I said while I take his hand.

Constantine' s P.O.V

After getting out of my deep thoughts I walked back on the dance floor , I was going to call Makayla but she was flirting with some random guy.It was about 1:30 and I was ready to cuddle in my bed.(with my teddybear not a naked guy Nasty! )

I walked around looking for Makayla and Bella but the only person I found was Makayla .

"hey babe, why the long face?" a half drunk Makayla said

"I think you've had enough of these. "I said grabbing the cup away from her. I was about to ask Makayla something but I got a text from Bella which said

Bella -You guys can go home I'm leaving with a friend .

Me-why

Bella-just leave I'll be fine!!

Me-ok, see you tomorrow morning

"come on lets get your drunk a$$ home" I said pulling her to the car .After fifteen minutes of driving, we pulled up in front of my house .We got up stairs and Makayla start talking crash again.

I swear I'm never letting her drink again

"hey babe, want to know a secret?" she said while dropping on my bed

"Bella thinks she's pregnant" she whispered and then started laughing

"WHAT!!! Why didn't you tell me? "

"Because silly its a secret. " I was going to give her that whole "Thats not what best friends do " speech but when I turned I saw she had already fell a sleep. I guess I'm just going to have to ask Bella why she didn't tell me in the morning
