chapter 9

"Good morning honey "

" Morning " I said while sitting down to eat the delicious pancakes my mother made for me .

"Honey, tomorrow afternoon there's going to be a huge storm I want you home right after school."

"Ok mom "

"Good" she said while giving me a kiss on the forehead and leaving for work. After I finished my breakfast , I grabbed my purse and headed to the door .

15 minutes later

I arrived at school late cause I stopped at Dunkin' Donuts for an ice coffee. While I was walking to my locker I hit someone's hard chest cause I was lost in my phone (typical teenager) . When I lifted my head I saw none other than the school's bad boy Jason.

Jason is the leader of the school's bad boy group " The Sins" . "The Sins " is a group of four attractive teenage boys. The leader is Jason , he is the biggest badass in the group and I heard he's in a gang . Next is John, the player with an ego the size of our school.Then there's Mark the school's prankster and the smartest even if he doesn't show it. Last but not least Ethan , the rich kid that when in trouble his money can buy him and his friends out of any thing and according to most , the sexyest of the four.

"Oh there's my little killer " he said with a smirk.

" Jason this isn't a game"

"I never said it was . I just find it weird how Clarkson high's top student is a killer ."

" I'M NOT A KILLER ! You should be the last person judging me especially with what happened to you last year." I said running in the opposite direction completely forgetting to go to my locker. I entered my first period class and every eye in the room turned to me.

"Ms. Adams why are you late?"

"She probably was out last night killing someone and overslept " some spanish looking boy said which made some students laugh.

" Mr. James detention after school dont be late and Ms. Adams I will see you also . I will not support  tardiness not even from you , now have a seat."

 If l was still the old me I would start begging to escape from detention I mean it was going to be my first but after everything that has happened to me detention is the least of my problems. I ignored the smartass comments coming from some students and took my seat next to Makayla . Minutes later Mr.A$$hole showed up.

"Mr. Isaacs why are you late to my class?"

"When am I not late to your class."

" Mr. Isaacs being rude may pass with the other teachers but I demand respect . Be in detention afterschool ON TIME !!"

 "Wow what a punishment ." he mumbled

 "What was that ?!!"

"Nothing."He said walking to the back of the room and taking a seat at the back of me . I could feel his eyes burning holes throw my back but I continued my notes.

Minutes later

 When the bell rang I rushed out to my next class trying so hard to avoid Jason but for some reason he was everywhere I turned. Oh boy today going to be a long day .

Makayla's P.O.V

" Makayla can I talk to you for a second."

"Yes Ms. Hayward"

"I marked your math test and I was surprised this is the first time you've failed one of my test . Is  something wrong?"
